Excelente atención del personal del hotel, cuartos limpios, desayuno delicioso, gente muy amable y confiable.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé, proche du centre historique de Cuzco à seulement 10min à pieds. Chambre spacieuse, literie très confortable et personnel de l’hôtel adorable !

The hotel was close to a busy street, so it was quite noisy. The included breakfast was very good and delivered to our room.

The room we had had no heating or cooling system so we had to open the windows to get air - at times it was quite cool, most of the time very noisy because you are next to a major street.

Everyone at Mamas house were so nice and accommodating, top notch! The room was small but had all the amenities expected in a hotel room. Kettle, various teas, coca leaves. The bathroom was very small and the hot water was short lived (2 min shower at most ). So in cold Cusco this was hard on me. The room was very cold and the heater provided not really adequate to warm it. The bed was comfortable though and I slept well so that need was very satisfied. One night however they had other guests and that’s when I discovered the walls are very thin and they kept me up all night as they kept slamming doors and shouting to each other in the hall way. I mean it is what it is. You will find that in most places at this price range. They serve your breakfast in your room and it was always very good. The location was good as you could walk to the historical centre easily.

El personal es encantador, la habitación es amplísima y me dejaron hacer el check out muy tarde, el problema fue que no había agua caliente para ducharme, he leído otro comentario que decía lo mismo, así que no es un problema puntual es algo que tienen que solucionar. Si hubiese tenido agua caliente, les podría muy buena nota, ya solo por la amabilidad de su personal, pero el agua caliente creo que es fundamental para tener una experiencia positiva.

Convenient located, just 15min from the train station and 15min from Plaza de Armas. Few good places to eat nearby. They accommodated us at 5.30am in the morning when our bus arrived. Breakfast was brought to our room every day and was delicious. Room very clean and spacious. We had a great 4 night stay and would definitely stay again next time we visit Cusco.

VERY good!

rwin and his wife made us feel like home from the moment we arrived to the hotel. He was always so nice and helpful. Our room was amazing, super clean and a huge comfortable king size bed. A good breakfast was served in our room. The day we had to leave, we asked Irwin if we could leave our luggage since we had to leave around 10pm and he let's us stay the whole day in the room with no extra cost. Irwin, thank you so much for everything, we are looking forward to seeing you again in a near future. We wish you and your family all the best.

Calme, 15 minutes à pied de la place d'armes. Très aimables et serviables. Lits énormes.

Beautiful room with a large king size bed, which you don't often find in Peru! The breakfast was great, but 20 minutes later than we requested it to be. Luckily, we built in time anticipating that. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. I would have rated higher, but I actually booked two nights and they cancelled the second night on us, which was a hassle. Also, I did not have hot water for my shower, although my husband had hot water the day before. And the water in the shower shot all over the bathroom floor under the door which made the bathroom floor very slippery and the two towels they gave us could not dry us and soak up all the water from the floor. However, if they addressed some of these small things, they would have a nice place indeed.
