設備は新しく、スタッフも親切でした。部屋も広く綺麗で斬新的なデザインでした。リマに来たら、また泊りたいと思います。

Honestly top notch beautiful hotel, every corner is picture worthy. Every detail in the room is thought out. I couldn't recommend it more. The Hotel is 10 months old so everything is new clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10. Hans at the bar made amazing drinks and was great talking to. Worth at least 1 or 2 nights here to appreciate the art in the hotel.

We had a wonderfull stay at nHow hotel.Centraly located,cCean,plentifull breakfast,helpfull staff.Only issue loud music till 12am.

Compartilho da minha experiência no hotel, que, foi insatisfatória devido a não limpeza do quarto, mesmo que avisado à recepção, assim como além de ter ligado para a recepção, tentei pelo aplicativo mediante QR Code e não funcionou. Por questões internas, acabei usando toalhas úmidas, não apenas eu, mas meu parceiro também, o que gerou um incômodo devido a inconsistência na política do hotel em dizer que seria 5 estrelas, mas que, entendemos que o hotel seria 3-4 estrelas pelo serviço oferecido. Também, apesar do café da manhã, ser recheado de opções diversas, demoraram para trazer o menu sugerido de ovos. Tirando isso, o hotel tem uma ótima localização, perto dos principais pontos da região de Miraflores. A equipe da piscina é super competente e o bar também, com ótimos profissionais.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. We informed the hotel that it was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room. The rooftop pool is great. There are a lot of shops and restaurants walking distance. Would stay here again.

I had a wonderful 7 nights stay at Nhow Hotel in the beautiful neighborhood district of Miraflores in Lima, Peru! The hotel is centrally located and I was able to explore the city daily on foot all day and night with no issues as a solo traveler. The property is stunningly beautiful and modern paying homage to Peruvian history and culture with its detailed architecture and design! The staff were excellent! Very warm and friendly providing excellent recommendations and information upon request! I celebrated my birthday during my stay and the staff surprised me with a lovely bottle of champagne and a delicious special cake! I enjoyed lounging on the rooftop complete with bar, pool, and stunning panoramic views of the city! They played great music on the rooftop and had a wonderful DJ spinning some great hits on a couple of nights! Very sexy vibe! As other reviews have mentioned, the breakfast is lovely! enjoy a mostly raw vegan foods diet and they had excellent options even for me! I ordered a salad for room service one night and it was delicious and prepared beautifully! I highly recommend this hotel! It was the perfect choice!

Minha estadia no Nhow Lima, teve pontos positivos, principalmente pela estrutura moderna, localização e proposta visual do hotel. Ele fica em uma região muito conveniente, próxima a shoppings, lojas e bons restaurantes, facilitando bastante a locomoção de turistas. O hotel é novo, tecnológico, jovem e bastante instagramável, com iluminação moderna, música eletrônica/pop e ambientes bem pensados. O quarto é bonito, com móveis novos, automação de luzes, cama confortável, lençóis novos, chuveiro quente e, dependendo da categoria, banheira. A piscina no último andar também é um ponto positivo, com ambiente agradável e opção de bebidas. O café da manhã tem boa variedade, com opções frias, quentes, doces, salgados, bebidas e itens de menu, em um ambiente convidativo. Por outro lado, o serviço ficou abaixo do esperado. Durante quatro dias de hospedagem, os pedidos do café da manhã, como omelete e ovos mexidos, demoravam muito ou simplesmente não chegavam; em uma ocasião, esperei mais de uma hora. Além disso, em dois dias meu quarto não foi arrumado, mesmo após solicitação. Retornei ao hotel e encontrei o quarto desorganizado, com toalhas usadas e úmidas, o que considero inaceitável para um hotel que se apresenta como cinco estrelas. Também não gostei da comunicação de um atendente na chegada. No geral, é bonito, moderno e bem localizado, mas não entrega serviço compatível com um hotel 5 estrelas. Pela experiência, classificaria mais como um bom hotel 3 estrelas.

We had a great stay at Nhow! The hotel is new so everything is super nice, very stylish. The breakfast was delicious with new dishes every day. The one thing that really made our stay was the fantastic service by the hotel crew, who really made us feel welcome and gave us so many good tips on how to explore the city. Especially Jennifer in the breakfast and Mateo on the rooftop bar was absolutely fantastic! We will for sure be back!

New, fun, funky vibe, great gym, best breakfast buffet in Lima, if not anywhere! Attentive, helpful staff and great rooms with funky design. Great overall facility and amenities for both staying and business functions. Loud and noisy electronic music.

The hotel was very funky and modern. Rooftop pool and restaurant was nice and relaxing. Location was also very central. Will definitely stay here again if ever we make it back to Lima.
