A very extravagant, luxurious hotel with excellent rooms, amenities, and guest services. The only disappointment for us was the high cost of drinking water. Only two small bottles were complimentary per day, and the additional cost of water beyond that was very high compared to general stores.

I need to make a point about how great the staff at Nhow was. Everyone was delightful. The room was well maintained. It was clean but we are picky and it could have used another round of vacuuming before we arrived. The breakfast is amazing. Really worth the price

The property entrance is smaller than the big name hotels. The entrance lobby is smaller and takes an elevator to get to the front desk upstairs. Check-in was smooth and friendly with the staff fluent in English. Free welcome cocktails were issued with a gift certificate for use any time. The lobby and bar area are bright and inviting. The rooftop pool and bar offer beautiful views.
We had breakfast in the Nhow restaurant and were delighted at the stellar service and extensive array of multicultural buffet.

Honestly top notch beautiful hotel, every corner is picture worthy. Every detail in the room is thought out. I couldn't recommend it more. The Hotel is 10 months old so everything is new clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10. Hans at the bar made amazing drinks and was great talking to. Worth at least 1 or 2 nights here to appreciate the art in the hotel.
