Worked great as our base for the hike up to Machu Picchu. It was away from most of the busiest areas, our room overlooked the river. Good breakfast. Clean. Would stay there again (and hope to: Machu Picchu was amazing).

My husband and I loved this hotel. Not fancy but overall was an excellent choice. Large rooms and bath, great shower, plenty of hot water, super comfy bed, plush towels, portable heater, quiet. Beautiful views of the river and mountains from our balcony. Breakfast buffet with eggs to order and the best coffee on our trip. It is down the hill from the city center which was quieter and more private. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the sounds of the river and buses while we slept. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend Santuario MP.

スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔でした。部屋から川が見える部屋でロケーションは最高。川の音がすごく大きいので、音が気になる人は部屋の位置を変えた方がいいかもしれません。中心地から少し離れていますが不便は感じません。ただ、スーツケースを持ってくる人は送迎を頼んだ方がいいです。

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Awesome spacious room overlooking the river. Excellent staff, especially Karina who was very helpful. My only ding is quality of breakfast could be improved, but for what I paid I have no complaints.

Hotel is a little far from the center,located in front of the river , super noisy to fall sleep.
The street is in construction .
The hotel is in good condition.
The breakfast is very basic but decent.

Amazing staff! They came to pick us up at the Train Station and helped us back with our luggage while going back as well. The 4-min walk, with luggage, to the train station can be daunting. We appreciate the help from the staff at Santuario MachuPicchu.

Amazing place to stay in Aguas Calientes! Our room was right next to the river. It was pretty cool to have great views from our room and the shower! The place was very clean, comfortable and the service was top notch! Highly recommend-
