スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔でした。部屋から川が見える部屋でロケーションは最高。川の音がすごく大きいので、音が気になる人は部屋の位置を変えた方がいいかもしれません。中心地から少し離れていますが不便は感じません。ただ、スーツケースを持ってくる人は送迎を頼んだ方がいいです。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, especialmente por ficar a poucos passos da estação de trem. O café da manhã foi bom e a vista do nosso quarto era simplesmente incrível. Um ponto que merece destaque é a gentileza com nossa logística: nosso passeio para Machu Picchu estava marcado para o fim da tarde, já após o check-out, e mesmo assim eles guardaram nossas malas sem custo adicional. Isso nos permitiu fazer o passeio com tranquilidade e retornar apenas para buscá-las antes de voltar a Cusco. Eles também oferecem esse mesmo apoio para quem chega antes do horário de check-in, permitindo deixar as malas e aproveitar Águas Calientes enquanto o quarto não fica pronto. Uma atenção que faz toda diferença.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was amazing for the view and they have a spa next door very nice and inexpensive. Breakfast was great, buffet style fresh food

Hotel was good- room clean & tidy. No coffee or tea making facilities. Rooms spacious & with a nice view over the river. Our room was at the front, which meant we got the barking dogs all night long. Breakfast was buffet style & limited. Eggs cooked to order fried boiled or scrambled

It served as the perfect stepping stone for Machu Picchu

Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. Facility a mix of new-ish upstairs and older dated decor. Slept very well. Good beds. Spartan room. Had to keep windows and balcony door shut to keep out bugs. Bathroom sink faucet difficult to operate. Acceptable breakfast. Spacious dining area, views of river and mountains.

The lady in the reception is really sweet and super helpful. The view from the 6th floor game room is superb.

Very nice staff and more quiet since its on the far side of town but very walkable. Beautiful balcony views!

We stayed at Santuario Machupicchu for four nights, and we enjoyed our stay. It was clean; the room and beds were comfortable; and the staff were responsive and super helpful!

O hotel é até bem localizado, porém falta itens para uma melhor estadia. Nao existe frigobar nos quartos e nem bebedouros nas dependencis do hotel. Por se tratar se uma cidade turística, acho que falta mais atencao com os hóspedes, já que tudo e cobrado e num valor muito alto, inclusive a água para beber.

Great location

Hotel limpo, atendimento excelente, ambiente familiar, camas excelentes, chuveiro excelente, café da manhã básico, mas suficiente.

Worked great as our base for the hike up to Machu Picchu. It was away from most of the busiest areas, our room overlooked the river. Good breakfast. Clean. Would stay there again (and hope to: Machu Picchu was amazing).

My husband and I loved this hotel. Not fancy but overall was an excellent choice. Large rooms and bath, great shower, plenty of hot water, super comfy bed, plush towels, portable heater, quiet. Beautiful views of the river and mountains from our balcony. Breakfast buffet with eggs to order and the best coffee on our trip. It is down the hill from the city center which was quieter and more private. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the sounds of the river and buses while we slept. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend Santuario MP.
