Excellent reception staff and kitchen staff. Fantastic breakfast.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

The AC was great. The only thing was I didn’t get instructions on how to turn on the hot water. I couldn’t reach the controls and didn’t know there was a stool. I asked afterwards and they came up and turned the switch on and made sure it was working. Thank you for getting us our taxi to the airport.

The staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful and accommodating. The freshly cooked to order breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. I had one noisy room, but it’s downtown Iquitos and earplugs allowed me to sleep well. Affordable. I would stay here again if I come back.

The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful, a really lovely group of people. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast included fresh pineapple juice and a delicious omelette. My only complaint is it’s very noisy both in the hallway and outside from the traffic.

Entraron a la habitación mientras salimos un momento para verificar lo que habíamos consumido de la nevera, podrían hacerlo al dejar la habitación esperando nosotros 2’ a que mirasen, ya que estaba pegada a la recepción. Debajo de la cama había restos de basura muy obvia. No había agua en la ducha a una hora de irnos.

A rather poor experience at this hotel. Let me start with saying the staff are truly phenomenal! They arranged early morning taxi to airport for us, spoke good English and were very welcoming. They answered all of my WhatsApp messages very quickly and assisted me with my many questions regarding laundry, amenities, etc. However, the hotel building itself needs some improvement. The water pressure was almost non existent in the sink and the wifi “connected” to our phones but didn’t actually work. When it did work, it was SO slow it wasn’t even worth using. The staff offered assistance but there was nothing they could do, they need to upgrade the wifi. Surrounding area was relatively quiet at night aside from the occasional street noise. There is a party bar next door that can get loud but they turned the music off around 10pm when we were there. About 10 minute walk to main square, food, shops, etc. Air conditioning was great but took about an hour+ to cool the room down

Unfortunate that we had a great stay but then came home to find we were charged way more than our quote on hotels.com. after an hour of texting with a rep we were told that the hotel wouldn't refund the "taxes and fees" that were not part of the quote or potential added fees. Thankfully hotels.con gave us the credit, but I would t trust this establishment.

Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de drap ou serviettes salies et lors du chek out, ils ont vérifié avant de nous libérer !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé.

Excellent stay. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended!

The beds were too hard, there was no hot water and there was loud live music playing until 5am almost every night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. El dorado classic is a much better location and the same price. Also it's closer to the city center.

La atención muy buena, me permitieron guardar mis maletas despues del check out, para esperar mi salida al aeropuerto, lo que me permitio conocer el centro y algunos lugares extra
