A rather poor experience at this hotel. Let me start with saying the staff are truly phenomenal! They arranged early morning taxi to airport for us, spoke good English and were very welcoming. They answered all of my WhatsApp messages very quickly and assisted me with my many questions regarding laundry, amenities, etc. However, the hotel building itself needs some improvement. The water pressure was almost non existent in the sink and the wifi “connected” to our phones but didn’t actually work. When it did work, it was SO slow it wasn’t even worth using. The staff offered assistance but there was nothing they could do, they need to upgrade the wifi. Surrounding area was relatively quiet at night aside from the occasional street noise. There is a party bar next door that can get loud but they turned the music off around 10pm when we were there. About 10 minute walk to main square, food, shops, etc. Air conditioning was great but took about an hour+ to cool the room down

Unfortunate that we had a great stay but then came home to find we were charged way more than our quote on hotels.com. after an hour of texting with a rep we were told that the hotel wouldn't refund the "taxes and fees" that were not part of the quote or potential added fees. Thankfully hotels.con gave us the credit, but I would t trust this establishment.

Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de drap ou serviettes salies et lors du chek out, ils ont vérifié avant de nous libérer !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé.

Excellent stay. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff was always friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended!

The beds were too hard, there was no hot water and there was loud live music playing until 5am almost every night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. El dorado classic is a much better location and the same price. Also it's closer to the city center.

They had a problem with the plumbing and they put us in a another place which was a decent place but had no windows. We had to walk 3 blocks in the morning to the hotel for breakfast and they didn't have menus.

Very good hotel for stay in Lima and walkable for the exploring of the old district.

Looks like new , great customer services ! Terrace restaurant delicious open late which is a plus a city like iquitos , rooms real nice , excellent hot water and air conditioning!

It's close to the main square. Quiet place for a city. Hotel is modern, clean, but the toilet didn't work. My fault I should've told them the night we arrived. Told them in the morning, but it was not fixed. Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and concerned. A nice breakfast on 4th floor terrace If the toilet worked, I would've come back.

This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10. The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site. We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. We pointed out the error and we come to realize that they have no King Beds available at this hotel (even though the booking site offers this selection.) we ended up in the room we requested but with two double beds. Pros of this boutique hotel Clean, staff, breakfast included, location, hot water Cons Wifi ok, street noisy (request a room in the back), breakfast adequate but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, low water pressure, noisy in the hallways early in the am. But with all this said for the price a great hotel!

Claudia, Jennifer, Jesus, and some of the other staff were so kind and helpful… Claudia and Jennifer were specifically just so amazing, made lifelong friends for sure! The private room we stayed in was really nice, even had AC and private bathroom. Overall, just a really great experience.

The property was excellent. Although we had a mix up with our reservation we were moved to their sister hotel which was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. He scheduled a 5:00 am pick up for us to the airport and was waiting for us with the taxi. They went out of their way for us and we would definitely recommend their hotels. Cleanest place in Iquitos and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is not in a good location plus you can hear all the other guests and the outside noise. They charge for makeup stains in towels and it’s not a nice room. Better to stay elsewhere closer to downtown. Would not recommend
