Upon arrival we were greated warmheartedly by the staff. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was great as well. During our stay the staff was super friendly and very accommodating and attentive to our needs (e.g. booked tuk tuks, rented a scooter etc. for us within minutes). Overall the experience was great and would definitely recommend staying at the Bathala Resort.

Otroligt trevligt mysigt mindre hotell , som en liten oas. Härlig pool med poolbar och bra priser på ölen, 100 pesos. Väldigt trevlig personal och vi blev väl omhändertagna. Rena och fräscha rum. Kan varmt rekommendera

Resort is excellent - beautiful grounds, pool is absolutely wonderful, restaurant onsite is good and service and staff are exceptional. Location is also great - an easy walk to the beach, many restaurants are very close. Room was clean, spacious and super comfortable. Highly recommend Bathala!

Place is clean staff ate good but dogs baking even how friendly they are should not be be in ffront or reception desk because new guests scared to check in. We love dogs but foreigners are not use to any hotel resorts with dogs baking in front of reception area. It should not be acceptable sorry

Lovely place slight off the most “touristy” streets, but still very close to everything. Incredible staff with unparalleled service level.

櫃檯服務良好，可提供叫車等服務，飯店無洗衣及脫水設備，雖有提供曬衣架，但當地環境較潮濕衣服清洗後不容易乾。 廁所許多moth fly⋯只能請房務人員幫忙噴灑殺蟲劑

개미가 있다는 후기에 퇴치제 가지고 갔는데 필요하지 않았어요^^ 수영장바 피자 너무 맛있어요. 이색적인 분위기 너무 좋습니다.

룸 컨디션, 직원 친절도 모두 좋았습니다

성인 4명이서 방문해서 디럭스룸에서 1박, 스위트룸에서 2박을 하고 왔습니다. 리조트 및 직원분들 전반의 시설과 서비스에 만족했습니다. 웰컴드링크를 포함해서 조식과 망고모히또 모두 너무 맛있었어요. 특히 소세지 중에서 추천 받아 고른 롱가니사가 한국인 입맛에 찰떡이었어요. 툭툭도 합리적인 가격(알로나비치까지 100페소)에 바로바로 불러주시니 이 점도 좋은 포인트입니다. 성함을 못 여쭤봤는데 메인 관리를 하시는 여성분이 특히 너무 친절하셔서 저와 제 친구들 모두 감동했습니다. + 현재 바로 옆 부지에 공사가 진행중이어서 당분간 주간에는 조금 시끄러울 수 있다는 점 참고하시면 좋겠네요. + 저는 스쿠터를 타고 다녀서 크게 상관 없었지만 늦은 시간에 번화가로 접근하는 길이 다소 어두운 편이어서 툭툭을 이용하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at BATHALA. The staff are amazing - susan and christian thank you for your hospitality. The resort is clean, tidy, spacious and caters well to your needs. The beds are comfortable and the shower is amazing. I could not recommend this hotel enough

Très belle hotel confortable et apaisant

Overall the property was beautiful. I believe due to the renovation going on the drainage in the bathroom had an unpleasant smell.

staff are very friendly and accommodating, everyone are nice ! Parking spot is the only issue but not a big deal to us, overall the place is spectacular and calming , love the swimming pool ! definitely will come back !

Super Friendly staff; comfortable bed, clean room

The staff are authentically friendly and happy people which made it a joy to stay at this resort - very easy to have a conversation and a joke with The rooms are clean and at the expected standard The photos of the resort are realistic of what to expect It’s a very short 5 to 10 walk to Alona beach A lot of Koreans (families) stay here and all seem to be enjoying themselves - it was refreshing for us not to have to run into heaps of other Australians or Europeans. I highly recommend this resort and if ever come back this way would definitely book here

There was a very bad smell in the bathroom (really bad) and we reported to the front desk at the first night but it was around 10pm they said they do not have 24 hour service. They fixed the problem on the next day but we could not get to sleep because of the smell. Also, there were fly in the room, which was really annoying…
