They should be more gentle when dealing the guest.

Stay at first floor too noisy small room lack of sucked, clogged drainage

Everything was okay. Aside from we are assigned to a room which is near the lobby so we can hear every guests going in and out of the hotel. Our stay is comfy. Would recommend it to other friends.

受付の方とオーナーはとても親切でした。受付の方は私たちの特別なリクエストにも全て応えてくれて、いつも笑顔で対応してくれたのが何より嬉しかったです。また必ずここに来ますし、友人にも勧めたいと思います。

Hotel was ok but we didn't feel like coming back. Something felt off about the one I presumed was the owner.

Been here twice, still my best place to rest after a long day of sight seeing in Vigan. However, towels and bedsheets needs replacement. Pillows are not as comfy. Breakfast is not that good but not that bad (serving is too small). Location and service are superb. The owner and staffs are friendly too.

the inn was cozy and the room is simple and small but will do. no toilettries provided. breakfast is simple. nice location and friendly staff.

Money wise..super sulet..the room is great..casa rica is walking distance lang sa center ng vigan..kaya ok na ok sya..kasi mas makikita mo pa ang ibang area ng at yung ibang old houses..street parking nga lang sila pero ok nmn .safe naman yung area and nice ang mga tao sa area..bfast is ok lang nmn.normal preparation.nice ang staff nila.all in all thumbs up! Recommended if youre looking for affordable but comportable accommodation.

The place looks nice, neat and cozy room. It's also not too far from different places you can visit if you're exploring Vigan. The only downside that I experience with this place is the free breakfast. They don't offer fish or vegetables, but they actually offered me bread but since I'm already there to explore I just decided to find some where else to eat

Small but comfortable room. Very clean and home-like feeling. Beautiful woodwork and decor. Breakfast was a disappointment. Street is noisy but gets quiet at night.

The receptionist is nice but the owner is not.

I won't recommend this hotel because the service was not pleasant. We ordered corned beef and longaniza for our first breakfast. Corned beef was not tasty. There were more onions than corned beef. And the portion was little. Even we only got 2 small pieces of longaniza. The size was like a 5 peso coin. On the next day, we waited long just to be seated in the dining area for breakfast because there were only limited seats. After we had the chance to finally sit, we waited another long long time to be served. So, we decided not to wait any longer. We opted to go out and had our breakfast elsewhere.
