Been here twice, still my best place to rest after a long day of sight seeing in Vigan. However, towels and bedsheets needs replacement. Pillows are not as comfy. Breakfast is not that good but not that bad (serving is too small). Location and service are superb. The owner and staffs are friendly too.
- Backpacking
the inn was cozy and the room is simple and small but will do. no toilettries provided. breakfast is simple. nice location and friendly staff.

Will recommend to my friends. We had a great time at Casa Rica.
- Backpacking
The place looks nice, neat and cozy room. It's also not too far from different places you can visit if you're exploring Vigan. The only downside that I experience with this place is the free breakfast. They don't offer fish or vegetables, but they actually offered me bread but since I'm already there to explore I just decided to find some where else to eat
- Backpacking
Small but comfortable room. Very clean and home-like feeling. Beautiful woodwork and decor. Breakfast was a disappointment. Street is noisy but gets quiet at night.

thank you casa rica, nice and cool hotel experience
The receptionist is nice but the owner is not.

I won't recommend this hotel because the service was not pleasant. We ordered corned beef and longaniza for our first breakfast. Corned beef was not tasty. There were more onions than corned beef. And the portion was little. Even we only got 2 small pieces of longaniza. The size was like a 5 peso coin. On the next day, we waited long just to be seated in the dining area for breakfast because there were only limited seats. After we had the chance to finally sit, we waited another long long time to be served. So, we decided not to wait any longer. We opted to go out and had our breakfast elsewhere.

A wonderful stay
Stayed here for 2-nights in April 2017 Staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating (staff are gems) we were upgraded to a family room room was spotless and had a very comfortable 4 poster bed good location in walking distance of the main town allowed us to check out, leave our backpacks, and shower which was appreciated as we had a 9pm night bus. breakfast was tasty (but would have liked some more longganisa) If returning to Vigan would definitely stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel

poor hotel accomodation
Parking not available. Front desk person didn't bother to assist or at least advise on which street is allowed for parking. Had to personally talk to the house owners. Breakfast is a set meal. Very..very small serving. Delivered cooked early in the morning (~ 6:30am) since there is no available kitchen on this hotel. No coffee available except for 3 in 1 coffee. Expensive price. The room on the 2nd floor (with small / old bed) good for 2 people is very small and cost around Php 3,300. An additional person is Php 1,000 with small mattress. Only provide 2 big towels and small soap.

Nice vacation in the Spanish heritage
The hotel is a small and quiet retreat in the spanish style. The rooms are good and are very clean. The location is nearby the center of Vigan. Every morning there is a breakfast served in the hotel. The transportation is either done with trycicles or horse kalesas. But be careful after 6 pm it is difficult to catch a transportation equal where you are in town. It seems that Vigan is a town for the earlybirds. There is plenty of sightseeing. The beach site (5 km away) you can forget.

Location, accommodation is good but parking is not available
I book 2 rooms (through Agoda). 1 for 4 person and 1 for 2 person. I specifically asked for rooms that are close to each other but we ended up having one room at 2nd floor and another at the 1st floor. Disappointing points: 1. Room request not accommodated 2. Parking, although suggested in website is available, is not really available. It's street parking only. We also had to accommodate the owner's availability so she can bring in / out her vehicle as we had to park in front of the property. very disappointing and the owner was a bit haughty. seriously, you should be providing service, not acting like it is our fault we had to park in the street. 3. i requested for wake up service, but no joy. good thing i have my own alarm. 4. i was told there's security 24 hrs, but i don't see one at all. unless the security person was hiding somewhere in the dark. Positive points: 1. Room is clean and for the room in the 2nd floor, was really spacious. I chose this hotel because my other choices were just beds with no space at all. 2. Front desk person was nice 3. Wifi was available 4. Location was quite good btw, if you are like us hoping to go to pagudpud from vigan, the breakfast starts at 6:30am so you might end up like us ignoring the breakfast included in the fee. i don't think there is any choice around that anyway but just an FYI.
