客室は広々としていて調度品にも不足はないが、虫が湧くのが如何ともし難い。冷蔵庫兼ドリンクバーの隙間から蟻が数匹、天井からGが1匹。部屋にいる際に処理できたのが幸い。東南アジアの主要観光地から少し外れた場所のリゾートと考えるとこんなものなのかも、と思えば問題ないレベル。 革張りの椅子など調度品は若干古びているが使うには困らない。タオルやベッドシーツなど布製品は何やら良い香りがする。 シャワーは水圧は弱いが充分暖かいお湯が出る。洗面台・トイレも問題無し。 スタッフはみな親切で、部屋の

A big red flag for the Central Park Reef Resort. The staff was terrible, not working, not helping nor answering our questions about accomodations, or our issues with the hotel. I wanted to work, but the WIFI was working poorly. Nothing has been done to fix this issue, and I am still waiting the manager to contact me. (at this time I already left the hotel, thank you) We tried the restaurant by the pool: (which is not as good/big as on the photo displayed) It ended up being one of my worst experiences in term of hospitality. The fruit platter wasn't available, alright just a bad start... Ordered the smoothie which ended up being just an ice cream mixed with ice and milk... Not mentionning the sugar content. Ordered the chef salad, it took 30 minutes to serve us a refridged salad with dried chicken and unfresh seafood. Sorry I will pass on this one too, I prefer not to be sick during my little holidays. The Caesar salad was just composed of 50% lettuce, 1% powdered garlic, a handful of croutons, and the rest of awfull signature sauce... Stictly avoid their overpriced and bad restaurants ! Finaly it was hard to sleep, 5am dogs barking downstairs, of course no staff worked on it. 9am we had the chance to be woke up by an hysterical karaoke singer from the hotel. Our departure wasn't even better, tried to offer us a overexpensive taxi to Olongapo station. A very big 0 from the beginning to the end of our stay. Won't come again.

施設は、清潔で清掃も丁寧に行われていました。スタッフは、笑顔で丁寧に対応していただきました。朝食を２回屋上で食べましたが、種類も多く大変美味しかったです。

We stayed here last night and would like to share some feedback. Unfortunately, we noticed a cockroach in our room (with photo) and there were also quite a few mosquitoes during our stay. We understand that these things can happen, but since this seems to be a common concern mentioned in other reviews, we hope management can look into it and make improvements. Guests would truly appreciate having an insect-free room for a more comfortable stay.

The hotel is newer in Barrio Barreto and is close to bars and restaurants. They have two pools that has a great view of Subic bay. The rooms can use better pillows and they only give one pillow per person and when I asked for additional pillow, I’m told there is a charge. The lobby, elevator, and hallways has no air condition which makes it unpleasant to stay there other than your room. If management resolves these areas I mentioned, I would give it a 5 star.

This resort is adjacent to the beach and it appears that all room have a view of the ocean and a small balcony, but I am not absolutely sure of this. My room had a modern and attractive design, although it is showing signs of wear and tear and could use some touch up work to repair minor damage to surfaces and paint. The room had a noisy AC unit and when I asked the front desk to address this, they sent a maintenance man promptly who said the noise could not be reduced. Thereupon, the front desk staff offered me another room that was much better. The hotel has two places for dining with each having a swimming pool, which was nice. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay.

The staff and management group were both exceptional. I had an issue that was brought to the attention of management who went above and beyond expectations. We actually had a typhoon during the stay and everyone ensured we were kept informed and safe.

Staff is always wonderful friendly and helpful. They treat you like you are a family member , I feel very comfortable staying here like being at a home away from home. Whenever I have had an issue they are ready and will to address and solve it, thank you.

I loved the beach and the hotel is very nice for the price.
