3ベットルームのプライベートプール付きのヴィラに泊まりました。 部屋、プールも綺麗で庭の雑草もスタッフが芝刈り機で刈ってもらったので綺麗でした。 残念だったのは、庭とプールの電気が付かなかったので、夜は真っ暗でした。

また行きたいと思う ホテルルームは凄く広くて 料金も安いと思う お風呂は綺麗で気にいってます Wifiも無料で電波が強い 朝ご飯も美味しかった

We will not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience and expensive for the price.

Lots of Cockroach in the villa. My nephew even got bitten by a cocktoach while he was sleeping. The front walk path is full of moss. People could slip and get hurt if they walk in the dark. Terrible. I didnt expect the villa to be at that state, we desperately wanted to cancel however, it was already late in the evening when I arrived and Im too tired to look for another option.

The villa we stayed in is terrible. We have to rent a modem to have internet. Ants, insects inside. Leaves, branches outside. The reception staffs don’t great us when we enter the hotel for breakfast which is limited. No hot spring. The staff said the resort closed some of the amenities. They should emphasize that in the site.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect for our needs. The villa has a kitchen but no cookware. As we were only there one night, I did not think to ask.

This hotel looks like it may have been impressive once, but it appears to have been neglected in recent years. Many facilities such as the water park are closed. The villas are desperately in need of renovation. Ours had a faulty TV, faulty internet (despite paying extra for this) and faulty plumbing. The hotel now seems to be focussing on being a casino for Chinese tourists.

I'm amazed how this place can have 4 stars! It isn't absolutely in the conditions the photos show you! We booked a villa, we saw there was wifi, once we got there we were told that the villas didn't have it! We asked to be moved to a bedroom in the main hotel and they gave us a bedroom without a window. It was an absolute nightmare!. When I asked if it was normal to have rooms without windows, they said yes because we didn't pay for the deluxe. Seriously, a 4 star hotel? It took forever to get an extra bed (which we were offered free of charge and extra towels). When we called after 3 hours to have them delivered they said we had to pay extra! My husband had to go downstairs twice to have it settled. The hotel is run down. Absolutely not taken care of, needs a lot of work!

The property is rundown dirty and has a bad odor. There is mold in the air the staff didn't seem very helpful. It took a long time to check in and a half an hour to check out even though we had not consumed anything. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!

Lots of room in the villa, it was nice since we had a few kids with us where they could play and it was right next to the water park!

We don’t even stay they’re very disappointed with that place! And I hope they update their photos and the sad thing we pay way too much but it’s not refundable!

1.There no windows so very dark and the air in the room was not good. 2.A draining in the sink of toilet was bad so I try to open by thoothbrush. 3.Breakfast in the restorant was bad, it is order system in weekday which was simple menu, buffet served in sunday only. The food was not good taste. 4.For swiming pool, there was no prohibited for wearings(cap, suit...) It seems to have caused poor water quality in the poor.

As expected, most villas are occupied by the Koreans. The hotel rooms are occupied by Filipinos. Its my first time sleeping in their hotel property. I find it nice as they manage to retain and restore the same vibe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities stay the same. The rooms are big enough but the bed... the bed is extra hard for us. Even my kids notice the same in their bed. Looks like there is a plywood or hardwood placed in between. The breakfast is still good but I miss their congee. They used to serve such back in their old days.

I was not called up or informed that I have not been informed about that I should be in the villa on the date if ever they should have called me if I am not abke to check in for at keast 6 hours and that I have been deducted from my credit card without being able to check in in the villa just in case next time the resort shoud be at least be responsible next time
