This was a newer property and is well-kept. Rooms were clean and exceeded my expectations.The staff and service were superb. The pool and poolbar was top-notch. Breakfast was quite good. It gets quite loud in the evening with karaoke or music from both the property itself and the neighboring hotel, but I think observing quiet-hours would alleviate some complaints.

The staff at this property make it, they are fab, all so friendly and helpful, the same can't be said for all henann resorts, but this one is fab. Not beach front, but a short walk takes you to henann Regency where you can use the beach front sun loungers. We had a little welcome treat in the room upon arrival and another one when we departed, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight negative about this hotel is lack of sound proofing, the pool music is loud, but does stop around 10pm. Love this place. Food choice at breakfast was varied and clean, no flies etc.

Age 0 to 4 years old : free of charge - sharing existing bed and meal. Age 5 years old and above, guest must contact the resort directly for extra person requests subject to applicable fees.
The room rate for December 31, 2026 stay date includes a common buffet dinner for 2 persons and 4 persons for the Family room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guests is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 persons (or 4 persons for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival, or other reasons.

家族4人2部屋6泊クリスマスから滞在しました！清潔でスタッフも優しく、部屋もプールを眺めながらゆったりと過ごせました。プールサイドで毎日マッサージも出来て、70代の母にも優しく朝食もついて楽しく過ごせました♪ 立地も良く、夜も10時には静かになり最高でした。ありがとうございます。

2025年1月に6泊予約しましたが建物の構造による騒音と振動が酷く、まともに寝れないので途中でチェックアウトしましたプールを4棟で取り囲む配置です。そのプールエリアに隣接するレストランで夜の9時までカラオケレベルのライブミュージックが行われますが、その音量が大きすぎます。メインロードの反対側に位置する建物の屋上に貯水タンクがあるとのことですが、その容量が小さいのか、10分に1度ぐらいの間隔でポンプを使い水を上げるため、そのノイズと振動が部屋に響きます。ルームチェンジを依頼した際にセキュリティが見に来たのですが、ノイズなど聞こえないというのでハウスキーピングの者を合わせて呼んだ際に建物の構造について知りました日本のしっかりした建物で静かな生活に慣れている方や、エアコン室外機のような低周波ノイズが苦手な方は絶対に泊まらないほうが良いです。そうでなくとも夜９時（日本時間で夜10時）まで大音量のカラオケを聞かされ、そこから1時間ほどはプールで遊ぶ人々の嬌声が耳に入ってくる状態ですので、まともな睡眠はとれないと思ってください

The room had a strong odor of mold. Unfortunately it doesn't appear that maintenance staff are servicing the aircon unit at a level that would be would expect from a 5-star hotel. This poses a significant health risk. If you care about your family's health, look for alternative options on the island OR ask for a room with an aircon unit that was just serviced in the last 24h. Spraying perfume is not a solution to mask the smell. Do better Hennan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Henann Park Resort in Boracay exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The amenities, including the pools, spa, and breakfast buffet, were top-notch and provided endless enjoyment. I especially loved the variety of activities available, ensuring we had a fantastic time. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was consistently exceptional. A special shout-out to Jino and Timothy for providing us the best service – their attentiveness and friendliness truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, and very accommodating and friendly staff who go out of the way to make your stay pleasant! Loved the pool side bar, and the deep tissue massage was exceptional! Buffet has good selections and food/drinks were tasty. Location was good if you are ok with not being right on the beach. It was quieter and still close enough to D’mall and the beach. Would 100% stay again!
