Security deposit minimum of PHP 2,000 per room per night (Php 4,000 per room per night for Family room) is required upon check-in to be pre-authorized in your credit card for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded within 30 business days following the stay. Guests opting to pay the deposit in cash are advised that different rates will apply.
Extra person/ Child Policy: Number of persons included per room is based on the standard occupancy. Maximum of one (1) child is allowed per room. Age 0 to 4 years old : free of charge - sharing existing bed and meal. Age 5 years old and above, guest must contact the resort directly for extra person requests subject to applicable fees.
The room rate for December 31, 2026 stay date includes a common buffet dinner for 2 persons and 4 persons for the Family room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guests is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 persons (or 4 persons for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival, or other reasons.
