カルーナ エル ニド ヴィラズ

非日常的な宿泊体験でした。 部屋、レストランからはエルニドの海を一望することができます。 部屋がきれいに掃除されて、ご飯も美味しかったです。 スタッフ全員優しかったです。

タイトル通りで眺めは最高です。町より少し高台にあるので、海や町を眺めることができます。デッキにテーブル、チェア、ハンモック、ビーチベッドがありました。お部屋は寺院のように、立派でした。 トライシクルの運転手は皆、色々な宿泊施設を知っていますが、カルーナのことを知ってる人はほとんどいませんでした。住所を言ってもなかなか理解してもらえませんでした。道を覚えてそのまま伝えるしかないです。また通りから急な坂道に入るので、トライシクルは通りで降りないといけません。そこから3.4分ですが急な坂道、砂利道を登らないといけないので、大きいスーツケースの方は大変です。 スタッフは優しいですが、土地の環境なのか、部屋ではWi-Fiが使えず、フロント事務所でしか使用できませんでした。フロントでも、ちょうどサーバーダウンしてしまったとのことで、一時使えませんでした。 後は、お湯があまり出ませんでした。シャワールームが外なので、ちょっと寒いし、蚊にさされるかも？ ヴィーガンメニューありました！量は少ないですが。

エルニド村からは少し離れていますが、その分静かで落ち着いて過ごせます。 高台の斜面地に、海の方に向いて建てられているので、眺めは抜群に良いです。 一棟の建物に２部屋入っていて、入口は独立しており、テラスもそれぞれあり、騒音は全く気になりませんでした。 部屋はかなり広いです。キッチンもあり、冷蔵庫、ガス台、オーブンもあり、自炊もできるくらいに充実しています。テラスにはテーブル、デッキチェア、バスタブがあります。シャワーは二つあり、水圧も温度も良かったです。数回停電がありましたが、エルニドではよくあることのようです。 まだ新しいホテルなので、トライシクルの運転手は知らない人がほとんどでした。ホテルの目の前までトライシクルは入れないので、大通りで降りてから上り坂を５分くらい登ります。ホテル内にレストランはありませんが、１０分ほど歩けばマーケットや食堂もあり、村の中心まではトライシクルを利用すれば１０分です。朝食は有料で、前日の夜までの予約制です。

Stayed here with my partner for two nights while visiting El Nido. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel has beautiful views, though it’s located at the top of a very steep hill. A shuttle is provided, which is helpful since taxis and tricycles can’t access the property directly. Our only issue was the noise at night. Our room was closest to the road, and we could hear tricycles, barking dogs, and vendor carts. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and stunning views.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed in Studio 2 and the view was incredible. The room and facilities were brilliant. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. The view and location is amazing. The hotel is set on the hillside, but they offer free lifts up and down from the main road which was really helpful.

Beautiful Villas on the hillside of Corong-Corong Beach (a bit of a hike up a steep driveway but nothing one of the tricycles or scooters cant get up). I stayed in Joglo 1 which was a beautifully decorated and themed room overlooking the hills and ocean. Its a large room, well working AC, beautiful balcony and over all an amazing place to stay that I would love to visit again. The staff were amazing, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and assisted in whatever way they could. A brief but detailed welcome and tour of the room gave me all the information i needed to be comfortable.

Don’t judge a place by its reception area! Karuna ended up being one of our absolute favorite honeymoon stays. We had a slight check-in mix-up (we were given villa J1 instead of the higher J2 we booked via Expedia), but J1 was still beautiful with a gorgeous view. The room was spacious and well-laid out. Because of the open, tropical bathroom design, you might get visits from harmless little frogs or lizards. We actually befriended a tiny frog on our shower floor! If you’re squeamish, the staff will happily come remove them for you. The amenities are top-notch. The infinity pool offers spectacular views, and their WhatsApp messaging system made communication seamless. Don't skip the onsite restaurant—they serve some of the best pizza we've ever had in the Philippines, and room service is free! Just make sure you ask what the wait time will be for room service as sometimes it was 15 minutes and other times it was over 1 hour wait. Breakfast was included and freshly made to order which was amazing every morning. Location-wise, it's a peaceful retreat outside downtown. They offer a free scheduled shuttle to town, or they’ll drive you to the base of the hill to grab a local trike. Pro-Tip: For a change of scenery, take the shuttle to the bottom of the hill and walk to Sunset Lion Restaurant for an amazing dinner view. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

Staff and service were amazing. Incredibly responsive. Pool and restaurant were wonderful. We spent much time there. We enjoyed the free shuttle into town. breakfast was delicious and they brought to our room and balcony for no charge. Our villa was amazing however we did have trouble with the air conditioning. The villa is an Indonesian style so we are not clear if the design does not allow for proper cooling (bathroom is outdoors) or if it was a faulty aircon. Staff tried daily to make us more comfortable and brought in several fans. The location is a bit away from el nido town and up a steep hill. This allowed for beautiful stunning views and sunsets but required a ride up and down the hill. This was our favourite hotel and all things in, we would stay here again.

Good stay thank you. Food from the restaurant was very inconsistent. Either perfectly hot and delicious or stone cold and gross. Also took a very long time to arrive with meals forgotten often.

What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy. I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property. Thank you again to the entire team at Karuna!!!

Everything about our stay was amazing. We stayed in Joglo 2, a beautiful unique villa with a wrap around porch overlooking the ocean. The villas are perched on a hill with spectacular views and gorgeous sunsets. You could also catch the beautiful sunsets from the infinity pool and the restaurant. The restaurant was wonderful with many choices. The staff was very attentive (Wilma and Jade in particular). We also had wonderful massages at the spa. In short we loved it !

Incredible view from room and restaurant. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Lots of wildlife such as geckos around, but harmless. Can’t wait to visit again.
