非日常的な宿泊体験でした。 部屋、レストランからはエルニドの海を一望することができます。 部屋がきれいに掃除されて、ご飯も美味しかったです。 スタッフ全員優しかったです。

タイトル通りで眺めは最高です。町より少し高台にあるので、海や町を眺めることができます。デッキにテーブル、チェア、ハンモック、ビーチベッドがありました。お部屋は寺院のように、立派でした。 トライシクルの運転手は皆、色々な宿泊施設を知っていますが、カルーナのことを知ってる人はほとんどいませんでした。住所を言ってもなかなか理解してもらえませんでした。道を覚えてそのまま伝えるしかないです。また通りから急な坂道に入るので、トライシクルは通りで降りないといけません。そこから3.4分ですが急な坂道、砂利道を登らないといけないので、大きいスーツケースの方は大変です。 スタッフは優しいですが、土地の環境なのか、部屋ではWi-Fiが使えず、フロント事務所でしか使用できませんでした。フロントでも、ちょうどサーバーダウンしてしまったとのことで、一時使えませんでした。 後は、お湯があまり出ませんでした。シャワールームが外なので、ちょっと寒いし、蚊にさされるかも？ ヴィーガンメニューありました！量は少ないですが。

エルニド村からは少し離れていますが、その分静かで落ち着いて過ごせます。 高台の斜面地に、海の方に向いて建てられているので、眺めは抜群に良いです。 一棟の建物に２部屋入っていて、入口は独立しており、テラスもそれぞれあり、騒音は全く気になりませんでした。 部屋はかなり広いです。キッチンもあり、冷蔵庫、ガス台、オーブンもあり、自炊もできるくらいに充実しています。テラスにはテーブル、デッキチェア、バスタブがあります。シャワーは二つあり、水圧も温度も良かったです。数回停電がありましたが、エルニドではよくあることのようです。 まだ新しいホテルなので、トライシクルの運転手は知らない人がほとんどでした。ホテルの目の前までトライシクルは入れないので、大通りで降りてから上り坂を５分くらい登ります。ホテル内にレストランはありませんが、１０分ほど歩けばマーケットや食堂もあり、村の中心まではトライシクルを利用すれば１０分です。朝食は有料で、前日の夜までの予約制です。

Clean rooms, and kind staff!

Beautiful place to stay, amazing view of the sunset, especially from the restaurant and the pool. The staff was very helpful. The room very clean and spacious. The only less nice thing is that the bathroom is outdoors so lots of bugs and reptiles got in the bathroom and sometimes the room (we found a frog inside).

Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings lässt der Service leider zu wünschen übrig. Es wirkt so, als hätten die Kellner keine klar zugewiesenen Aufgaben – jeder macht alles und gleichzeitig nichts. Dadurch dauern Bestellungen sehr lange und einzelne Punkte werden teilweise vergessen. Das Hotel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Dadurch hat man zwar eine schöne Aussicht, allerdings weigern sich manche Tuk-Tuks, bis ganz nach oben zu fahren, sodass man ein Stück bergauf gehen muss, was auf Dauer etwas nervig ist. Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch die Dusche. Uns wurde zugesichert, dass es Warmwasser gibt, was bei uns allerdings nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Nach einer Meldung an der Rezeption wurde die Wartung geschickt, die meinte, alles sei in Ordnung. Da ich mich technisch etwas auskenne, habe ich mir das selbst angesehen: Es handelt sich um Durchlauferhitzer, die nur bei komplett auf „heiß“ gedrehtem Wasser anspringen. Das Wasser ist dann allerdings viel zu heiß (deutlich über 50 °C). Dreht man kälter, schaltet sich der Erhitzer komplett ab und man bekommt wieder nur kaltes Wasser. Trotz erneuter Meldung wurde behauptet, es funktioniere alles korrekt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Aussicht vom Zimmer, die durch die erhöhte Lage wirklich sehr schön ist, sowie der saubere Infinity-Pool mit ebenfalls tollem Ausblick. Die Zimmer selbst waren sauber, gepflegt und gut klimatisiert. Insgesamt ein Hotel mit schöner Lage und guten Zimmern, aber deutlichen Schwächen beim Service.

Der Service im Restaurant ist suboptimal, dauert viel zu lange.

We loved our stay - great staff, attentive and the complimentary shuttle was a nice touch. The only thing they should work on is the massage service. The AC was blasting, when you are butt naked getting a massage you want the room to be a nice temperature. Other than that, a 10 out of 10. We loved the geckos and their sounds!

Studio room was great - clean, comfortable, with great views. They really have done a good renovation. Staff were very helpful, they were really trying. Restaurant was a bit expensive, and food was ok. The provision of the hourly shuttle into El Nido really makes this resort work, otherwise you are isolated up a hill.

I can't say anything bad about Karuna El Nido Villas. They cater to relaxation. Beautiful infinity pool, excellent massages, great food, and excellent single loungers and double canopy loungers around the pool. Most importantly was the staff attitude. They were extremely professional and flexible. They were fun, cheery, and naturally interacted with guests gracefully. They were so sweet to say the least. You can't ask for better treatment. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

The view and staff 10/10. Amazing view from room and pool. Unfortunately was my room close to the road below and the noise made it hard to sleep. I wish that it should be informed when booking the room that it’s close to the road. Their was no possibility to change the room. Staff was excellent, super nice and service minded. Poor choices for breakfast. I had pre-booked a hotel pick up and informed my flight details. Unfortunately was my flight delayed. The hotel didn’t check the arrival and the car waited 1 hour and left. The hotel charged me for the pick up anyway…

We are a family of 4, we stayed at Studio 3 for 3 days. From pickup on day 1 to end of our stay, we were treated so well....the staff were so attentive, courteous, and professional! Big thank you to the restaurant staff led by manager Raymond, the sweet ladies Wilma, Jane, Cyra took care of us to make sure our dining experience was flawless. Food was delicious and very pretty presentation! Ellen at front reception was charming and professional. Thank you also to drivers who made sure we were picked up and dropped off on time at airport. The resort is exceptional and stunning, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail in the studio and resort is impeccable to ensure aesthetically has the Bali inspired theme is there and guests are pampered and comfortable. I will recommend to my friends and family and would come back in heartbeat!

Karuna has wonderful staff. Only concern we had was the room was not ready. There was no towel, body wash almost empty and the water dispenser was almost empty that we kept calling the front desk. I booked a transfer at 5am, it was not ready and we had to wait.

Breathtaking views! Great staff! Clean rooms, great food and drink choices. Would stay here again.

It was the best experience I've ever had from accommodation! Counter is super kind and they respond quickly to inquiries. They also offer shuttle service to the town, so it was easy to access through port or some tour places. I truly recommend it.
