Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

大きなショッピングモールSM Cityや街の中心、シティマーケットなども徒歩圏内。バスでマニラから移動する場合は、Victory Linerのバス停もすぐ裏にある。 スイートルームは広く、電子レンジもあり、タオルはふかふか。スリッパあり、歯ブラシなどのバスアメニティあり、インスタントコーヒーあり、ティーバッグ類は無し。 部屋のコンディションは許容範囲だが、ベッドが軋む、エアコンが古くて音がうるさい、朝食が簡素だったので星1つマイナス。

到着したのは他のバスだったのでSMのウラで荷物も多かったのでタクシーが必要だったが、それほど距離はない。ターミナルの近くで音を気にするコメントを見たが、ジプニーの騒音を知っている人なら気にならない。 チェックインも交通機関の関係で10時前に着いたが、トイレ行って、コーヒー飲んでたらすぐ部屋に通してくれた。また利用したい。

ずっと工事しているらしく、窓を開けると塗装工が目の前に・・・カーテンを開けれなかった・・・WIFIは全くといっていいほど使えない。

中心地からもさほど遠くないし、ビクトリアライナーのバスターミナルに近いので、交通の便においてはよいホテルです。（故に深夜、早朝でもバスの音が多少気になる。） スタッフの対応が非常によく笑顔が印象的でした。

マニラ（パサイ）からの移動手段が長距離バスのみなので、ヴィクトリーバスのターミナルに隣接したこのホテルはアクセスを考慮した立地は最高といえます。又、フロントの対応も笑顔且つスピーディーで好印象でした。 ただ、一日中発着するバスや旅客の騒音が気になります。室内は清潔で必要十分ですが、バスローブ、バスタブが有りません。又、シャワー温度が低いのも気になりました。スィートならバスタブが有るということだったので、ルームチェンジも検討しましたが、ベッドがクィーンサイズ止まりだったこともありコスパも考慮し、ルームチェンジは断念しました。 今回は一泊のみのビジネスでの利用だったので、アクセスを重視しという点では正解でしたが、個人旅行でホテルステイも満喫したい場合の選択は無いと思います。

If you're using Victory Liner to get to Baguio, this hotel is very convenient. Go to the second floor of the terminal and then take the bridgeway to Microtel. Room size was big enough and room was comfy enough. It was surprisingly quiet considering we were near a pretty busy road. It's great that they have free coffee & ice machine in the lobby and water dispensers on all levels. Breakfast was not super fancy but it was quite good and filling (just make sure not to get to the restaurant very late, especially on weekends or holidays). It's good that they provide options: there's always a fish, chicken and a pork/beef option). For non-coffee drinkers, there's hot chocolate, juice and milk (from the cereal station). There's steamed rice & fried rice, 2 kinds of bread (usually pan de sal & sliced sandwhich bread), eggs, cereal, fruit of the day and a simple salad bar. There's usually at least one choice of pastry. Staff was helpful. Water pressure was not very strong but decent. Water got nice and hot pretty quickly. It's good that they are trying to be more eco-friendly with their toiletries but they should change the shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower. It dispenses enough for washing your hands but to take a proper bath, you need to keep pressing the button for more. Wish we could open the windows more but they probably don't allow this for safety reasons. Walking distance to SM and restaurants. Overall, would recommend Microtel especially if you're taking Victory.

The property is very close to the bus terminal and the City Mall as well as other attractions. The hotel was very quiet and clean and offered a free Filipino style breakfast. They also have a brick oven pizza restaurant which was very good.

The check in and the staff are all wonderful!! The breakfast was great. We had a soap dispenser in our room that didn’t work and the sheets on the bed were very stiff, like starchy. We were also right close to the elevator and that made for very noisy nights. Overall, a good stay.

The location of the hotel was close to everything, especially the bus station right next door. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional.

Next to Victory Liner bus terminal. Room and amenities are good. Breakfast was okay, not much options. Good for the price

Our favorite place to stay in Baguio. Walking distance to SM, Downtown, City Market and Burnham Park. Many dining options nearby, Amore Restaurant on the hotel premises. Friendly staff.

Perfect and no issue

Our room is pretty dated , especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good, but can be improved. We can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and outside (especially from the Victory Liner Bus Terminal). At the crack of dawn, noises from the bus terminal can be annoying.

The staff keep on reminding us about our check out time and it’s very annoying . Moreover we arrived at 2:30 AM and we have to go to a transient homes for 6 hours since they cannot accommodate us . I have to remind them that there were already people checking out around 9 am and still they finally accommodated us at 11 AM. Very unprofessional for an IHG member hotel to think I am an IHG member .
