I was surprised because they changed our booking. They changed my booking BUILDING not room. Nobody took care of our check in when I arrived my booking place. Then I asked a guard man about my check in. They didn’t know how contact owner. I was looking for check in place. We found house their house keeper after I arrived at my booking place. Then she told me my staying place was changed. I didn’t receive any information about it. You must be careful if you get book there. Never stay again there. It’s the worst one.

This is the type of condominium.My stayed in moldex residence is very good the unit that I stayed is complete amenities with refrigerator,tv,microwave,utensils,towels etc.The staffs was nice and helpful .I will stay again here in the near future .Thank you...

everything was great, easy check in althoughfront desk isn’t available at the the property.

Pet friendly. Irish is very accomodating. This is my 2nd time here. Provide cleaning material like broom. Over all, very happy.

The property is overpriced with the condition of the property itseluninstalled AC unit, towel rack in the bathroom falling, plugs of lamps and hair dryer need adaptors, bathroom no shower cyst rain o divider to prevent water from the shower to spill the entire toilet and bath. Toiletries cheap kind, walls with fading paints, bedroom too small for a queen size bed, only a foot clearance of the 2 sides The bed is positioned against the wall. The Futon bed cushion is sagging. On top of the futon bed is the extra bed with an aluminum ladder to go up . The area is located along the major highway road. You can hear all kinds of vehicles passing by. Not enough parking. We have to leave our car key to the security guard so they can move your car. One night we have to park by the gas station for a 100 pesos gratuity pay. Do you think this kind of accommodation is priced at 7200 pesos for 2 nights compared to an overnight accommodation in a 3 or 4 star hotel in Metro Manila at 2500 pesos per night with breakfast included and customer service available at sight. The unit is a condo unit but it needs upgrade to sell it at their current price. The unit is too tight.
