空港に近いホテルを願って、初めて宿泊を致しました。まるでハワイのコンドミニアムのようで、キッチン、洗濯機、乾燥機まで設置されており、洗濯して帰国することができました。

Location is perfect for international flights

Accommodation was double booked. We had to find alternative hotel as it took too long for the problem to be fixed. We weren’t in Manila for long so did not want to spend the time waiting. I expect a full refund.

It was okay but the washer and dryer didn't work. Only found out the washer didn't work after I started to use it and so I could have ruined my clothes but fortunately I know how to wash by hand and I hung them around the room to dry

Had a wonderful stay at the One Palm Villas. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manila. Very close to the Newport Casino and Mall where you can eat at 2 high-end restaurants.

Staff was not rude at all but not friendly either. Room and clean and nicely put together. My complaints are about the comfort. Room had washer and dryer but dryer did not work. I need an iron to iron my suit bur there wasnt one on the room. Called down to front desk and they told us no irons on site and couldnt help us. The AC in the room wasnt enough to cool the room down. Was good if standing in front of it but not good when in bed. Bed was worse I ever slept on. It sagged badly in the middle and springs were extremely uncomfortable. Could tell was a very old mattress.

Only stayed one night but it had everything we needed

Awesome stay

We booked to rooms. Tue staff were nice. The place is only good if your flight is the next day but for staycation I wouldn't reco it. The rooms are kinda old and there were insects crawling all over the floor and sheets has stains on it as if it was not changed for awhile. We didnt enjoy the stay literally. Im glad that our flight was early next morning.

We booked for a king size bed but we were given a queen size we already inform the tenant but nothing was done. There was cockroach in the room. It’s an okay place to stay but not going back there. The only perks is that it’s really close to the airport.

First of all we was supposed to have a early check in since our flight arrived at 5 am but once we got to the hotel they never let us check in till 2 pm so after traveling for 20 hours I got to sit next to the pool in the sun for 6 hours then once we got the rooms we was supposed to have 2 rooms close to each other one was on the 7 the floor the other was on the 10 th I was told they would change it the following morning but even after I asked several times that never happened the TV in one of the rooms didn't work the manger said she would fix it and that also never happened in my 3 day stay in my opinion they seriously need to work on there customer service the young lady that was the manger seemed to be on a serious power trip I wouldn't recommend staying at this location to anyone

its a convenient location for a short trip there are foods restaurant shop all around the neighborhood. a short walk to naia 3 . only negative about the stay was not helpful concierge,wont allow to leave things on the front desk. they have to address this problem.

There were a few issues like access to the gym but the condo owner did a workaround so that was nice. The place was smaller than one might be used to but they did have a washer and dryer. It was average and if there was a deal or promotion, I would stay there again.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating Room is nice and clean.

Photo looked nothing like the photo at booking “ oh you ordered the standard room “ no sound on the tv, rundown, fridge never cooled down . Best thing was location to the airport. Walking distance.

This place was horrible, the television didn't work, bed was so uncomfortable, my back still hurts. They should close this place down. I had ro book another room for my last days.

I enjoyed staying in this facility. Location is close to everything including the airport. It is a gated facility with Security and CCTV everywhere. The Staff are very nice and responds immediately to all my needs. Communication with the caretaker is great. I will definitely come back. Room has a small kitchen equipped with utensils/rice cooker/hot water pot. With microwave and fridge. Hot shower is a plus (in and out though 😁). All in all I am very satisfied with my stay.

I was not happy with the place. The place is very different from the pictures online
