スタッフはフレンドリーで、ホテルもとても素晴らしかったです。

Security sigap dan resepsionis sangat ramah, lift-nya cepat, kamarnya luas dan bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih. Kasurnya 2 single dijadikan 1 jadi luas banget dan 4 bantal kepala, lokasi strategis di tengah kota, sarapan diantar ke kamar. Worth the price so much. If I visit Cebu for sure I will stay again in here.

I had the most amazing stay at Pillows Hotel I feel the warmth welcome of the staff, it is so affordable with free breakfast.

Good things: It's quite calm, not noisy. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and cleaned when we went outside. Bad things: The light headed to the room was too dim, the hot water wasn't working at the time and the most annoying thing for me was the internet which was not stable after 1 or 2 minutes log in. The Management should give the attention for this one due to make poor feedback/ review from your guest, especially for the foreigner as well.

Clean and very accessible in food, and places to visit. The room is clean and the bed thruly holds it 's name pillow Hotel. I have a good sleep. And the breakfast is good simple, like the option either white rice or black rice or white bread or wheat bread. The staff is very helpful in all our Inquires and question.

One of the best budget hotel.. nakaka kilig na free breakfast tapos ang ganda ng room. and walking distance sa cebu doc.. staff was nice and kind.. thank you traveloka.. we even mentioned you in our vlog.. 😘 Kuya JM TV vlogs.

The staff were really nice, warm and were always smiling. The room I stayed in was big and spacious. The mattresses were very comfortable, and the pillows were indeed fluffy. Kudos to the staff of Pillows Hotel. The next time I come to Cebu, I'll definitely stay again in Pillows Hotel.

Hotel staff was great, clean room, the breakfast was not great as they measure the food as if is for children and not an adult. One sad incident was our toothpaste, brush,and personal hygiene was stolen from our room on our last day. We will not return to pillows as our trust was broken.

rooms are value for money, breakfast is good only receptionist is not that good.

Pillows Hotel Staff were courteous. They have upgraded our room without extra charge. But what needs to be improved is the lighting for it was so dim. Better to have a brighter light at least in one area since no window to view outside the hotel that can possibly give light for the day. All in all it was a good hotel.

No hand soap in bathroom and when asked they don't provide it. No basic condiments such as tea and coffee, bed comfortable, hot water in shower good, aircon ok, room size good but no furniture at all. And was charged 300p for one of the bath towels which was accidentally marked but mark would of been easily removed if given the chance. cleaning bill said 200p but was charged 300 on checkout even though we showed receipt. Breakfast was very ordinary as well. won't be staying in Pillows again not a great experience. my rating 3 out of 10

この部屋は直前に予約したのですが、深夜過ぎに到着しました。快適に眠れる場所が必要だったので、まさにその条件を満たしていました。全体的に満足です。スタッフは丁寧でした。部屋は清潔で、シーツも清潔でした。ホテルの内装も可愛くて気に入りました。朝食も美味しかったです！なお、1000ペソの保証金が必要ですが、チェックアウト時に返金されます。

First time to be in Cebu, and I had the right decision to stay at Pillows Hotel, Though we did’nt like the first room that we got but a big thank you to Grace of the reception, she offer us a nice and spacious room.Also, location wise it’s located next to Fuente circle where you can find a lot of food place to eat.

Love the location next to the two major hospitals (Chong Hua and Cebu Doctors). Parking in that whole area of town is horrific. They only have parking for about 5 cars, but I seem to find one open most of the time. Rooms are small but well arranged. A/C's always work well and the hot water is great. The free breakfast is a small scoop of rice, one egg, 2 pieces of bacon, and a cup of coffee. Only one elevator

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The food was good and their presentation was cute 😊 The staff were also polite and friendly and the room service was good. My only problem were my neighbors from the other room, they were so noisy 😅 Other than that, it was a good experience.

ダバオに戻る前に、友人にピローズホテルを勧められました。このホテルでの滞在は素晴らしく、本当に素晴らしかったです。接客サービスも素晴らしく、担当してくれたマネージャーはとても親切で丁寧でした。スタッフはいつも笑顔で、会うたびに挨拶してくれました。このホテルのポジティブな雰囲気が気に入りました。食事は素晴らしく美味しかったのですが、スクランブルエッグが思ったより少なかったです。卵が丸ごと入っていないような気がします。ハハハ。部屋はとても広くて清潔でした。料金は安かったのですが、質は妥協していません。5つ星では足りないくらいです。このクリスマス休暇には必ずまた来ます。

最高のロケーション！フエンテ・オスメナ・サークルや飲食店が近く、ラルシアンにも近いので、新鮮なシーフードや私たちのお気に入りのセブ・ロンガニサも食べられます。お部屋は清潔で広々としていて、マットレスと枕がとても柔らかかったので、赤ちゃんもぐっすり眠れました！チェックアウトがかなり早かった場合は、早めの朝食も選べます（例えば、私たちは午前2時にチェックアウトしました）。
