清潔でシンプルなホテルですが、設備も新しくてオススメです。ロケーションも抜群で、1階にあるレストランも評価が高いと思います。超高級ホテルでは無いですが、部屋の狭さも日本人のの一人旅なら気にならないと思います。

こじんまりとしたホテルだが清潔感あっていつも使ってます。 リムキッカイショッピングセンターのアクセスは最高だし、直となりはSMだしとても良い！ 今後はこの地域は人が増えるからホテルは予約しにくくなると思われるね。

新空港まで遠いのが唯一の難点ですが、これは市内中心部にあるホテル全てにいえることなのでしょうがない。立地は大型モールに挟まれた所にあるので、買い物や食事は便利だと思います。スタッフやホテルの対応も素晴らしく、１２時位にホテルに入ったのですが、アーリーチェックインなど何も言われず、上階が良いですかと聞かれたので、YESと答えると最上階の１１階の部屋にしてくれました。フィリピンでは初めての嬉しいサービスでした。レッドプラネットはフィリピン内に数店あるので、またどこかを利用します。

良い点は、宿泊料金が安いこと、アヤラセンターなど中心街区へ徒歩で行ける距離にあるロケーションの良さ、落ちる点は、部屋の狭さ（ただし料金が安いのでこれは仕方がないですが）、洗面台にハブラシやコップなどの装備品がないこと（これも安さからですが）、１階のレストランは、名前がEateryでありながら安くはなかったこと（なので朝食はすぐ近くのジョリビーへ行きました、チョーキンは残念ながら１０時開店です）、など長短混在しています。部屋は清潔でシャワーもお湯が出ました。料金の安さを承知の上で使えば文句はありません。

Centrally located hotel, just a short walk to SM. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working properly and we had to ask staff to operate it for us. The twin room was quite small, with no chair or table, essentially just the beds and limited space for carry-on luggage.

This staff was courteous. The air conditioning was not cold in the bedroom The toilet seat in the bathroom had a crack in it. And it could pinch or cut somebody's behind.

Blow dryer not working. Shower drainage is very slow.

Always a pleasure to return to this property. Staff were oustanding as usual. Only one elevator working so some wait to go up and down. New lobby area great. Room met all expectations...air con worked well and hot water in the bathroom. See you again in February.

Just beside the SM mall

The room it’s not bad ,the bathroom my concern shower glass not clean , bleach your showers room and brush every corner .. no hand towel, no wash cloths .. towels didn’t clean .. I’m the hotel Inspector of Hotel North Carolina .

The room had a single queen sized bed and was smaller than I was expecting, but we were only there to rest and sleep so it was fine. It was clean and had nice hot water for showers. The mall is directly next door so that was a big plus. The restaurant Circa 1850, located right in front, had very good food also.

the place was under renovation when I stayed there. the rooms are very small. first room the AC was not working. they switched our room. sencond roomthe door wouldn't lock. parking is very limited, many things within walking distance. the breakfast provided is from the restaurant outside the hotel. It's a very limited menu and the service at the restaurant is the worst. 40 minutes waiting for a breakfast that was never delivered.We left after 40 minutes of waiting. I would not stay here again. there are many other hotels in CDO in the same price range.

Always a pleasure to return to this property, with its friendly and efficient staff. Its location cannof be beaten, "sandwiched" between the 2 entrances to SM Mall, a few steps from Limketkai Mall and easy walkable to Ayala Centrio Mall. Rooms are compact, just fine for those who will be out shopping or other activities and use the room just for sleeping. As usual we parked in the hotel garage and either walked or taxied to places around town, thereby avoiding traffic and issues finding parking.
