The rooms are pretty plane nothing great about them

Hotel undergoing renovations

the place was under renovation when I stayed there. the rooms are very small. first room the AC was not working. they switched our room. sencond roomthe door wouldn't lock. parking is very limited, many things within walking distance. the breakfast provided is from the restaurant outside the hotel. It's a very limited menu and the service at the restaurant is the worst. 40 minutes waiting for a breakfast that was never delivered.We left after 40 minutes of waiting. I would not stay here again. there are many other hotels in CDO in the same price range.

Always a pleasure to return to this property, with its friendly and efficient staff. Its location cannof be beaten, "sandwiched" between the 2 entrances to SM Mall, a few steps from Limketkai Mall and easy walkable to Ayala Centrio Mall. Rooms are compact, just fine for those who will be out shopping or other activities and use the room just for sleeping. As usual we parked in the hotel garage and either walked or taxied to places around town, thereby avoiding traffic and issues finding parking.

Nice hotel close to sm mall and Robinson walk2 minutes.

In the heart of Cagayan de Oro, with the main mall and restaurant that opens early for breakfast directly outside hotel lobby. The convenience of this location, along with warm welcomes within the hotel and reception and drivers always waiting outside to offer transportation that can be arranged by hotel, with two preteen children, this place met our expectations for a visit.

property is close proximity, to shopping center and restaurants. conceirge and customer service/guards are accomodating.

Great simple hotel room for good sleep

They held our luggage until our flight which made it better for us to visit the area.

Staff were friendly, room small but leak in bathroom and grey smelly towels was not good. Clean towels and no leak would have been a reasonably good stay and very good value for money

Convenient

Literally attached and next to main entrance to SM Cagayan. So convenient.

Asked for a quiet room, but the aircon sounded like a plane and there was also some street noice from cars even we were in 10th floor. The room didnt smell so good and there was no hot water in the shower. Its cheap and just ok. The other ppl i travelled with was more lucky with the room.
