スタッフの対応・気配りは最高でした。施設は、やや古いので、小まめにメンテナンスが必要。部屋の隅廻りの清掃が今一、バスルームの清掃が、今二です。設備が古いので、清潔・綺麗にクリーニングすれば、もっと評価が上がると思います。

The room was nice, although the air conditioner was broken in the room. They could not fix it so we are forced to sleep without it, leave the balcony door opened, bitten by mosquitoes a lot, though we did not get any compensation.

Hotel service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. Love the bar tender from Boracy; he’s very entertaining and the attendant from Surigao. Sorry I forgot their names. the room is clean. I like the Zumba and yoga. I only wish that the beach is swim able. We order the Kilawin from the bar as one of our appetizers. Please tell the chef not to put the hot chili pepper. Seriously so hot that we burn the roof of our mouth.

La verdad no es un mal hotel, sobre todo para estar en siargao. Pero definitivamente el precio no lo vale y definitivamente no es 5 estrellas. Las piezas son muy viejas, mal olor, la puerta del baño no cerraba, la caja de fondo no funcionó (a pesar que leí comentarios de esto mismo antes de ir), aveces no retiraban los postres, internet malísimo (aunque cuando me queje me dieron un hotspot personal que me funcionó, esto deberían hacerlo sin tener que preguntar). Los banos se áreas comunes en muy mal estado (tapados y rebalsados y el personal no hace nada) La mesa de pool estaba rota y no se podía jugar El lugar está muy bien, el restaurant esta bien aunque más caro que el promedio de siargao y no es el mejor. La piscina ok. Deberían bajar el precio o dejar de venderlo como un hotel 5 estrellas. En la semana que fui me llovió mucho, y prefería estar ahí que en un hotel más chico, ya que cuenta con masajes y piscina. Otra cosa, la única música que ponen es jack Johnson! 2 días está bien pero más de eso de verdad agota Te regalan un ron cuando llegas, aunque tuve que pedirlo porque al recepcionista se le olvido..

I am forever grateful for the Manager Ricardo and the staff of Siargao Bleu for helping us during our vacation when my father had medical emergency and he died. Because of their compassion, kindness and helped that Ricardo and his staff provided it made the ordeal much easier for the family to complete.

Everything was excellent except the WiFi wouldn't work for half our stay so we couldn't check into our flight.

The welcoming staff were super good, excellent service but the place is not well maintained , the lobby restroom needs renovation and only one restroom was operational instead of two, the hallway lighrs were not workkng and our room air con was also not working

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, helpful, and caring! The resort overall wasn't the greatest. TV kept going in and out, wifi was hit or miss, one day the power went out twice. For the price point it wasn't worth it.

Airport transfer both ways are covered. Front desk answered our request quickly. Clean room. Quiet place. Ok breakfast. Beach bar staffs were on the phone the whole time when we were there the first night. Room experience was bad - the air-con was beeping the whole time for the last two night we stayed in; we can’t even rest at night. They changed our room on the check-out day after technician/ staff confirmed the air-con was broken. They agreed to extend my check-out time after I requested. Be aware of how many beers/ beverages in the mini-bar. Because they charged me for my own beer when I check-out. Rent motorbike right next door, it’s cheaper; 500 the first day, subsequently 350/day.
