Hotel was good..Buffet needs alittle more variety for Foreigners…

Average hotel but close to Greenhills shopping centre

Nice stay

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Good locatuon for shopping but limied options in the cafe. Plafe is clean and staff are very nuce and accommodating.

The stay is ok. The rooms are modern and comfortable but the cleaning staff and the tidel situation is present. They took our dirty towels in the room Cleaning but dident provide new until we called and asked for it. The internett speed leaves alot left to be desired but with a little luck you get a room where you can get 5g on your phone. The hotel provider good value for your money

The hotel was very clean and inna perfect location. We booked here because of the innfor pool only. We were however suprised to find tyet dident have towels. They endure they would deliver them up the pool. 2 hours later nothing we only got the towels that should be in the rooms late at night therefor i am substracting one star

Whole room smells like sewer. Breakfast was awful Coffee mugs were not properly washed

Hotel is closed to Shops and restaurants also staff are friendly

Bedding uncomfortable, foul odor in the bathroom, there were heater on the elevator. There cockroach and smell dead rat.

Not a perfect location but definitely excellent staff and service. Food at the cafe is outstanding!!!

Food and makeup stains on bedsheets from previous guest. Food stains on walls and tabletops. Always found a cockroach on the floor everyday of my stay, when i call reception to makeup my room the housekeeping took hours to finally come to my room, i always had to follow up on my request. There is a disgusting sewage smell from the bathroom that came into the room at about 2 or 3 in the morning every night. The staff are nice but i would never stay in this hotel ever again. My room was above the pool and i woke up to screaming every morning like something bad was happening to that person. Staff didn’t regulate noise control because apart from the screaming there were loud slamming of guest doors too.

Well appointed

Staff are very friendly. Walkable to a great shopping center.

Specially coffees should have been part of the breakfast package and not an extra payment.

It's a nice hotel but their towels are old.

My stay was ok. I was expecting that my place was small. But service was good. Wifi is not that good.
