I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. This was a good option for travelers who wish to explore Greenhills as it is just a few minutes walk or a few pesos worth for a taxi ride. Staff was great and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The location is very near EDSA.

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.
