厕所堵，房间很小，通风不好，空调也不好 淋浴水很小，泳池水脏，健身房也小

Staff seemed hindered by dumb policies and lack of leadership. Room service was okay until they totally forgot my order one day and blamed it being busy - despite it being 10am and not a busy time of the restaurant. TV only had like 5 channels. 3 towels were provided by the hotel - talk about cheap! Bathroom was dirty, not cleaned thoroughly. You could see dirt/dust everywhere. Rooms seemed aged and needing updates. No microwave. Fridge barely worked.

quick checkin...room is standard...no toilet paper, no wash cloth provided, comforter cover had tears...food seeved at breakfast buffet wasn't for breakfast, more like leftover dinner from last night's seminar...half of the pool full of algae like pool guy just cleans half of it & neglects to clean the other half

This was a good option for travelers who wish to explore Greenhills as it is just a few minutes walk or a few pesos worth for a taxi ride. Staff was great and attentive. The breakfast buffet was good as well. The location is very near EDSA.

Nice stay

Buffet breakfast was okay, not much choices but hearty enough to fill one up for the day. Hotel was just 2 blocks away from the newly renovated Greenhills mall. Staff were polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV remote battery died. Phoned front desk for replacement but I had to call again the next morning before it was replaced. No TV overnight, very limited channels btw. Only local channels and CNN. No Netflix and YouTube. The water pressure was really really weak, taking a shower was a challenge.Also, the toilet bowl was filthy inside and gave off bad smell.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Good locatuon for shopping but limied options in the cafe. Plafe is clean and staff are very nuce and accommodating.

The stay is ok. The rooms are modern and comfortable but the cleaning staff and the tidel situation is present. They took our dirty towels in the room Cleaning but dident provide new until we called and asked for it. The internett speed leaves alot left to be desired but with a little luck you get a room where you can get 5g on your phone. The hotel provider good value for your money

The hotel was very clean and inna perfect location. We booked here because of the innfor pool only. We were however suprised to find tyet dident have towels. They endure they would deliver them up the pool. 2 hours later nothing we only got the towels that should be in the rooms late at night therefor i am substracting one star

Whole room smells like sewer. Breakfast was awful Coffee mugs were not properly washed

Hotel is closed to Shops and restaurants also staff are friendly

Bedding uncomfortable, foul odor in the bathroom, there were heater on the elevator. There cockroach and smell dead rat.

Not a perfect location but definitely excellent staff and service. Food at the cafe is outstanding!!!
