Staff, service, diving instructors, pool, grounds, room, location, food, wifi / all fantastic. It was gorgeous, chill, and sooo much fun!

What a great place for rest and relaxation. The staff was amazing. Ray and Nakita were the perfect host and always looking out for me. Adam Windust was an amazing dive instructor with the patience of a saint. Thanks Adam for getting me certified. Highly recommend due to location and staff. This is one of the cleanest and safest places I’ve stayed in the Philippines. I never locked my door once while I was here for 4 days.

I thought the value for the price simply wasn’t there. The rooms were big, but so many random people on the property after being told we were the only ones booked for the night. They also don’t take credit cards, so that was a bit of a surprise. They only take PayPal or Cash. Just makes the arrival a process. It’s also far removed from restaurants and the beach.

I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite. See my other review of the property. Toilet was leaking onto the floor but I did not report it because it did not bother me. Water pressure was ok and internet was spotty. Aside from the cons, the staff was great and the food was reasonable. CAUTION: Bring lots of cash. They are CASH ONLY hotel. The other option was wire transfer or PayPal.

Service and property were fantastic! I was hesitant at first so I ended up booking only two nights. We ended up wanting to stay another night but I could not cancel the other hotel I booked. I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite. The property is a bit dated and needs some tlc but I guess it’s part of its charm.

The property resort is very far from everything and the kitchen doesn’t open until 8am so if you’re an early riser, you will starve to death. Page is one of the staff who greeted us and she is not the friendliest or lacking customer appeal or courtesy. Also the beds have mosquito nets that smell so bad which I think has never been washed and there’s holes on it so it basically is useless.

Wir bezeichnen das Blue Orchid als ein "Wohlfühlhotel". Dabei schätzen wir besonders die familiäre Atmosphäre und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Schnorchelausflüge konnten unkompliziert gebucht werden, wobei Schnorcheln auch vom Strand aus möglich ist. Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und inmitten von viel Grün serviert. Wir schätzen auch die ruhige Lage in einem gepflegten Garten.

The location is stunning, with a reef just offshore. It’s perfect for snorkeling or scuba diving!

Tout c’est déroulé parfaitement, équipe aidante et attentionnée. Nous avons passer un agréable moment dans cette hôtel où parfois nous semblions perdu dans la nature. Un bon dépaysement.

Excellente équipe qui vous aide pour tout, très bon restaurant et club de plongée Le hic c est la chambre: bruyante du fait des nombreux moteurs de clim qui résonne dans la chambre même si vous n utilisez pas la vôtre, lit collé au mur obligeant votre conjoint à vous enjamber, moustiquaire bas de gamme qui ne s ouvre pas, ll faut passer en dessous pour se coucher, salle de bain vieillotte et glissante,,,C est dommage car le lieu est vraiment joli et calme quand l hotel voisin ne met pas sa sono à fond ( 2 fois en 5 jours) Ceci dit nous avons passé un très bon séjour grâce à la gentillesse du personnel

Great stay! Arrived late in the evening. The hotel waited for me for check-in and super accommodating. The next morning I had an early morning dive and left the hotel then came back, took a shower and officially went on to my next hotspot.

The property is located right on the beach and you can literally walk into the ocean. It had great views of the ocean with a very peaceful atmosphere.

It was nice! The owner and Staff were exceptional, Super nice and helpful! Nice place to stay however a little far from the main area . You definitely need transportation or use grab

Great hosts the food is amazing not 1 bad meal in 9 days staying there and it is also a really good place to relax.

What a wonderful place!! A little off the beaten path, but well worth it. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, wonderful owners, great diving staff, great food, relaxing…just the perfect place to spend a few days or a few weeks.

The road going to the resort is not paved and there is no visible direction from the main road to the resort.

What a paradise. This place is fantastic. We had an amazing stay with Liz and Adam, and their helpful staff. We didn't realise until we arrived that Moalboal is some of the best diving in Asia, so were able to enjoy a few days snorkelling. As beginners, Liz took us out our first time, and Norman was a fantastic guide for the other days we went out on the boat. All the equipment was provided and it was an incredible experience The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food on site is great - some of the best we had in the Philippines. Try the garlic tikka or the mung bean patties - both delicious. Its a little bit pricier than elsewhere but the quality was excellent. The resort has loads of places to hide away and read a book, and a great pool to relax by.
