ロケーションがよく施設も綺麗です。急な冷え込みの日に室内がちょっと寒く、部屋では温度をコントロールできませんでした。また、清掃が飛ばされてしまった日があったのが残念です。

The location was great. The room was clean and spacious. I love to stay here next time I visit Warsaw again. However, I want the hotel to improve the following cleaning service. The washroom was clogged and I had to clean by myself. It was sooo gross and to remove some other guests remaining made me sick. Also the towels and bath towels were not exchanged regularly. They were folded messily and placed under the sink. I didn’t feel clean. There were complementary water, coffee and tea. But I didn’t get them on my fourth day. I hope they can provide more thorough and consistent service.

The hotel was located in a great area. Very safe, and in great walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and activities. It is right by the river and very relaxing. Everything is updated and very nice. The staff are not the friendliest, but they will help you, and someone is always there.

Room was large, clean and had good facilities. The hotel location is great, walking distance to restaurants and sights. The terrace bar is lovely. However, we visiting in August and the rooftop pool was freezing! Also, ear plugs were needed to sleep well as there was outside noise and also the room walls are quite thin as we could hear people talking in the corridor and doors slamming - the hotel could put up signs asking other guests to be considerate and be quiet after 10pm.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, au pied d’une station de métro et dans un quartier agréable avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont grandes et bien conçues. Le petit déjeuner est globalement de bonne qualité. Après, la propreté de la chambre était moyenne pour un établissement qui prétend à un certain standing.

this is my second time staying here and its just as good as I remembered the first time. Great all around.

This is our second time staying at Barcelo. We love the location so much so see in this part of Warsaw and the super clean hotel with amazing restaurants and cafes is a great bonus. We are big fans of the rooftop bar !

Sijainti loistava meille. Kävelyetäisyys stadionille. Kauppakeskus ja ruokapaikat erittäin lähellä. Hotelli tosi siisti. Kattoterassi näkymällä ekstra plussaa.

Barcelo in Warszawa was a great stay. We arrived a few hours before the listed check-in time, and were able to get in our room immediately. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived and maintained well by the staff while we were there. The breakfast had a alot of options. To top it off, its like a 2-minute walk to the Metro. I'd highly recommend Barcelo to anyone visiting Warszawa.

The hotel was lovely to stay in. There a couple of things that made me take off stars. I found the beds far too soft and so i ended up with a bad back as it sunk into the mattress. Also the conditioner and shampoo holder in our room was broken and so it would not stay on the wall. Also at times on the roof bar we were sat for sometimes 30 minutes before being served which was a little frustrating. Other than that, the stay was great. Great staff, great location, good bars

Fantastic hotel with great service! The rooftop pool is very pleasant with enough space for guests. Also one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

Excellent hotel in a great location, just a short walk from the city center. The placement is perfect for exploring the area. Had an incredible experience—highly recommended!

Fantastic

It took 15 min (in line to check in) to retrieve our luggage. Worst, the GM walked by the front desk without acknowledging the line of people with only one person at the front desk. Sorry but not sorry! Otherwise, A+ property and location. Oh, and the two drinks for Expedia mega users - restricted to wine and beer!
