エレーベーターがないので荷物を持って上がるのは大変。洗面台が小さく顔が洗えない。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。

部屋数少なめの可愛いホテルです。朝食も美味しく、快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。申し分ありません。

旧王宮がホテルの部屋の窓から見えるロケーションは短期の観光客にとっては魅力的！レストランが1階にあって、2階から上がホテルになっている。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物をもって階段を上がり降りしたくない人には勧められない。ホテルの内装はアート・ホテルというだけあって、なかなか個性的で、(人によって好き嫌いはあるかもしれないが、)私には好印象だった。こじんまりしたホテルだが、24時間対応だし、朝の食事も含めて、快適に滞在できた。

以下、23号室とホテル全体に対するコメントです。 良かった点： 　・全体的にお洒落な内装 　・旧市街の中にあり、旧市街を観光する際のロケーションは最高 　・空港からのアクセスは175番のバスに乗れば40分程度で一本なので悪くはない 　・ホテルスタッフは流暢な英語を話せるのでコミュニケーション面は全く問題ない 　・外泊できた 　・フロントの前を一々通らずに外出できた 　・フロントは24時間対応だった 　・チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれた 悪かった点： 　・ワルシャワ中央駅からのアクセスはあまり良くない 　・部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった

歴史と趣を感じるホテルでした。観光目的の散歩をするには非常に良かったと思います。エレベーターが無いのでそこは注意です。

多分眺めは一番良いお部屋にとおしてくれたとおもいます。 1人で利用しましたが、 王宮の本当に真横！だったので 窓からのんびり眺められました。 窓も二重窓になっているので 外の音も気になりません。 ただ、エレベーターがなく スタッフも女性なので 荷物を運んでもらうこともできず 少し階段がきつかったです。 入り口のチャイムをならすと 扉は開きますが 隠れ家に来た気分になれて楽しいです。

This is a great place to stay to visit the charming old town. It’s charming and clean and the service is excellent.

Right in the middle of the old town square. Once you walk out the front door, you’re right in the best place!

Ideal location in old city- central, right on the square near .. everything-the palace, churches, Jewish quarter and great restaurants. But..as for the room, the mattress should be replaced and the pillows. Not comfortable for us! However the location overrode that for a few nights. Great shower. Helpful friendly staff.

The staff at this hotel is simply amazing. I've been to many hotels throughout Europe and this was the first time ever when I truly felt welcomed. The ladies immediately offered us coffee and a tour of the hotel. Their help went above and beyond more than once. One time, I went to a laundromat a few miles away and I paid with a 100 note zloty and accidentally got about 68 zloty back in "2 zloty" coins. The lady at the hotel gladly exchanged it back into paper money for me. She didn't have to do that but she did. The AC was great too! The room was beautiful as well. We stayed in room 14. Room 14 is literally next to the reception so we were concerned with noise. But the room is completely silent! This was the best hotel we stayed in throughout Poland.

Location and staff, all of the staff I, met are amazing... However, and this is a big however, the room is....let's say still stuck in the communist era, the bed is so uncomfortable my entire body hurts, the carpet is very old ... Internet goes in and out....mainly out..ugh No elevator, and while you will get help to your room if you ask, the reception is on the 2nd floor, so you need to carry your luggage at least one long flight of stairs, and if you are traveling for a month like me and need different types of clothing, the suitcase is too heavy for that... So while the location is fantastic and the staff are so very nice, I wouldn't recommend this place....this is not an $85 USD before tax, no breakfast off season room.....regardless of price, its just a no for me

NO PARKING, NO ELEVATOR. Very difficult for mobility impaired. Had to walk a long distance with baggage. Close to night life, but the noise did cut off at 11:00 p.m.

Great location, helpful staff who lent us a phone charger plug. Delicious breakfast atlough not included with the room. The room was quirky but at times very warm & not much natural light. Overall value for money & a lovley stay.
