スタッフの皆さんが笑顔でいろいろ親切に対応してくれました。また是非滞在したいです。

エレーベーターがないので荷物を持って上がるのは大変。洗面台が小さく顔が洗えない。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。

部屋数少なめの可愛いホテルです。朝食も美味しく、快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。申し分ありません。

旧王宮がホテルの部屋の窓から見えるロケーションは短期の観光客にとっては魅力的！レストランが1階にあって、2階から上がホテルになっている。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物をもって階段を上がり降りしたくない人には勧められない。ホテルの内装はアート・ホテルというだけあって、なかなか個性的で、(人によって好き嫌いはあるかもしれないが、)私には好印象だった。こじんまりしたホテルだが、24時間対応だし、朝の食事も含めて、快適に滞在できた。

以下、23号室とホテル全体に対するコメントです。 良かった点： 　・全体的にお洒落な内装 　・旧市街の中にあり、旧市街を観光する際のロケーションは最高 　・空港からのアクセスは175番のバスに乗れば40分程度で一本なので悪くはない 　・ホテルスタッフは流暢な英語を話せるのでコミュニケーション面は全く問題ない 　・外泊できた 　・フロントの前を一々通らずに外出できた 　・フロントは24時間対応だった 　・チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれた 悪かった点： 　・ワルシャワ中央駅からのアクセスはあまり良くない 　・部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった

歴史と趣を感じるホテルでした。観光目的の散歩をするには非常に良かったと思います。エレベーターが無いのでそこは注意です。

多分眺めは一番良いお部屋にとおしてくれたとおもいます。 1人で利用しましたが、 王宮の本当に真横！だったので 窓からのんびり眺められました。 窓も二重窓になっているので 外の音も気になりません。 ただ、エレベーターがなく スタッフも女性なので 荷物を運んでもらうこともできず 少し階段がきつかったです。 入り口のチャイムをならすと 扉は開きますが 隠れ家に来た気分になれて楽しいです。

The place is very inaccessible. To reach hotel you must be dropped off 2 blocks away. Cross stairs and cobblestones carrying luggage. Reception is up 2 flights of stairs and rooms are on 3 floor. No room amenities at all. The bed is flat and the table has no leg room so can’t sit at table. Most annoying is that the hotel was built in the 1950’s to replace a destroyed Warsaw. The uneven stairs, crooked sidewalks everywhere are by design. No original buildings left in old town.

Todo estuvo bien ls ubicacion excelente, la atencion muy buena y ecxelente con 2muchachas que fueron super amables en el rurno de la tarde del 18 de Mayo.

The most important thing to me in a property is location… this was perfect… right in the old town near all of the main sites. At one end of the Royal Route… near the town square… multiple restaurants… as well as transportation The check in was quick and efficient… staff was pleasant. The room was small but cozy… a lot of character. In my room at least, temperature control was controlled by the hotel. I traveled during a cold period and was comfortable. All in all a great experience… would stay again…

Hotel dans un batiment ancien tres bien place en face le xgateau de Varsovie... Chambre confortable... Petit dejeuner tres correct

Koselig lite hotell med perfekt plassering i hjertet av gamlebyen.betjeningen var hyggelig å hjelpsom,rommet var rent å god plass men det som ikkje gav 5 stjerner var at det luktet svakt avløp hver gang eg kom inn på rommet og rom bar ellers litt preg av å være slitt. Men prisen /kvaliteten på hotellet pr natt var meget bra så kan fint anbefale hotellet.

Fantastic hotel, and a fantastic location! I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay there when they’re visiting.

The room was spacious in the heart of Old Town Warsaw. Everything was within walking distance and the room was quiet facing the inside courtyard. The customer service was excellent, they offer breakfast if you wanted or walk down to the hundreds of cafes down the road to include McDonalds. Overall a great experience.

Staff helpful. Room pleasant with great view over the main Old Town square, including Castle. Perfect location really. Next door to Castle, edge of the Old Town streets, next to meeting place for walking tours. Nearby cafes and restaurants. 100 metres from bus stop for the airport

Great location, basic room close to castle and main area but still pretty quiet!

Location, location, location. You can not find a more centrally located hotel in Warsaw. It's so great to be able to just walk out and then you have almost all possible sights within 2 minutes walk. If you stay at 3rd floor as us, you might hit your head a few times - the construction of the roof is in it's way. Just look out! And no stairs which is fine - but if you need level free access, you unfortunately need to book somewhere else
