スタッフの皆さんが笑顔でいろいろ親切に対応してくれました。また是非滞在したいです。

エレーベーターがないので荷物を持って上がるのは大変。洗面台が小さく顔が洗えない。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。

部屋数少なめの可愛いホテルです。朝食も美味しく、快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。申し分ありません。

旧王宮がホテルの部屋の窓から見えるロケーションは短期の観光客にとっては魅力的！レストランが1階にあって、2階から上がホテルになっている。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物をもって階段を上がり降りしたくない人には勧められない。ホテルの内装はアート・ホテルというだけあって、なかなか個性的で、(人によって好き嫌いはあるかもしれないが、)私には好印象だった。こじんまりしたホテルだが、24時間対応だし、朝の食事も含めて、快適に滞在できた。

以下、23号室とホテル全体に対するコメントです。 良かった点： 　・全体的にお洒落な内装 　・旧市街の中にあり、旧市街を観光する際のロケーションは最高 　・空港からのアクセスは175番のバスに乗れば40分程度で一本なので悪くはない 　・ホテルスタッフは流暢な英語を話せるのでコミュニケーション面は全く問題ない 　・外泊できた 　・フロントの前を一々通らずに外出できた 　・フロントは24時間対応だった 　・チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれた 悪かった点： 　・ワルシャワ中央駅からのアクセスはあまり良くない 　・部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった

歴史と趣を感じるホテルでした。観光目的の散歩をするには非常に良かったと思います。エレベーターが無いのでそこは注意です。

多分眺めは一番良いお部屋にとおしてくれたとおもいます。 1人で利用しましたが、 王宮の本当に真横！だったので 窓からのんびり眺められました。 窓も二重窓になっているので 外の音も気になりません。 ただ、エレベーターがなく スタッフも女性なので 荷物を運んでもらうこともできず 少し階段がきつかったです。 入り口のチャイムをならすと 扉は開きますが 隠れ家に来た気分になれて楽しいです。

Location, location, location. You can not find a more centrally located hotel in Warsaw. It's so great to be able to just walk out and then you have almost all possible sights within 2 minutes walk. If you stay at 3rd floor as us, you might hit your head a few times - the construction of the roof is in it's way. Just look out! And no stairs which is fine - but if you need level free access, you unfortunately need to book somewhere else

The hotel was nice. Good to note that there is a church next to it and at least during easter they rang the church bells during the night and they sang choral songs at midnight.

4th floor no elevator. Traveling with person who couldn't do it

Had a reservation and then had an mobility issue. To get to reception i had to climb 2 flights of stairs. And then i would have to climb more stairs for the room. I could not do it. I did not recieve a refund and went to stay in a different hotel I do not recommend

Loistava sijainti, erittäin siistit huoneet, teetä ja kahvia huoneessa, ystävällinen henkilökunta, hyvä aamiainen.

The staff were very welcoming. It’s a great location in Old Town. Uber/taxis can’t drive to the door. You need to walk across the square which is confusing when you arrive and don’t know exactly where you are going.

Clean. Polite and helpful staff. Perfect location for Old Town. Loads of cafes/restaurants nearby. Would use again.

Nice clean rooms and close to a lot of restaurants and bars

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excelent. The room was not very well phonically isolated and some noises woke us up in the morning. The bed was not the most comfortable either. Overall though we liked it because of staff friendliness, location and a good price.
