エレーベーターがないので荷物を持って上がるのは大変。洗面台が小さく顔が洗えない。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。

部屋数少なめの可愛いホテルです。朝食も美味しく、快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切。申し分ありません。

旧王宮がホテルの部屋の窓から見えるロケーションは短期の観光客にとっては魅力的！レストランが1階にあって、2階から上がホテルになっている。エレベーターがないので大きな荷物をもって階段を上がり降りしたくない人には勧められない。ホテルの内装はアート・ホテルというだけあって、なかなか個性的で、(人によって好き嫌いはあるかもしれないが、)私には好印象だった。こじんまりしたホテルだが、24時間対応だし、朝の食事も含めて、快適に滞在できた。

以下、23号室とホテル全体に対するコメントです。 良かった点： 　・全体的にお洒落な内装 　・旧市街の中にあり、旧市街を観光する際のロケーションは最高 　・空港からのアクセスは175番のバスに乗れば40分程度で一本なので悪くはない 　・ホテルスタッフは流暢な英語を話せるのでコミュニケーション面は全く問題ない 　・外泊できた 　・フロントの前を一々通らずに外出できた 　・フロントは24時間対応だった 　・チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かってくれた 悪かった点： 　・ワルシャワ中央駅からのアクセスはあまり良くない 　・部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった

歴史と趣を感じるホテルでした。観光目的の散歩をするには非常に良かったと思います。エレベーターが無いのでそこは注意です。

多分眺めは一番良いお部屋にとおしてくれたとおもいます。 1人で利用しましたが、 王宮の本当に真横！だったので 窓からのんびり眺められました。 窓も二重窓になっているので 外の音も気になりません。 ただ、エレベーターがなく スタッフも女性なので 荷物を運んでもらうこともできず 少し階段がきつかったです。 入り口のチャイムをならすと 扉は開きますが 隠れ家に来た気分になれて楽しいです。

Hotel is centrally located in the old town. We stayed just for one night but would happily stay there again. The room had air conditioning.

Great location but was very hot. Only a ceiling fan.

Old inn, in the Old Town, with rustic furnishings. It was very close to where you want to be if you are a tourist.

Picture on internet was misleading. Hotel is in great location, but ac didn't work, bathroom was slightly dangerous with steps you could miss if dark. hotel needs updating and to let people know that there is no elevator and you have to go upstairs to check in, before you go up more stairs to your room.

Great location for Old Town. Room will not be looked at by housekeeping unless you specifically ask.

I was suuposed to stay from june 20 to june 23 . I left on june 21. because first wifi was very poor, no AC in the room, Towels are ripped and the worth the bathroom was full of spider . I spoke to the staffabout the situation and they apologized mentioning that the manager will call me during the day of June 21, as expected never received any call. i would not suggest . i find another hotel which i paid for the rest of my stay i warsaw

Functional, but no air conditioning in our room which would be an issue in the summer. Something to keep in mind it’s RIGHT next to the clock tower that goes off every 15/30 minutes. Not great when trying to get a restful night of sleep

The location can’t be bettered, just a few yards from the Royal Palace. The decor and the rooms have a lot of character too. The only drawback might be that there are no lifts in the property and some rooms are on the third floor. The staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Åt Frukost 1 morgon och den var väl okej, MEN så mycke "Svinn". De serverade en tallrik med4 olika brödskivor samt 1 Fralla. Sen 1 tallrik med olika pålägg. Fräscht upplagt, men både jag och min man lämnade 3 brödskivor var. Och det hade även personen som gått från bordet innan vi kom dit, gjort. Bättre om man kan peka och välja vilken typ av bröd man vill ha.
