Jeg bruger hotellet pga. svømmebadet, ellers findes der andre alternativer til billigere penge. Værelserne er store, og morgenmaden er rigtig god, og af høj kvalitet

Hotellet er fint, men vælger det oftest hvis jeg ønsker at gøre brug af svømmebadet. Ellers mener jeg der er bedre alternativer, specielt til prisen. Men god service, og rigtig god morgenmad, af høj kvalitet.

Overnight stay on our way to Warsaw. The old town is within walking distance with quaint eatery s. You can tour the town in about 4 to 6 hours.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación. Excelente desayuno Buen restaurantes. Parte del personal fue poco cortes. Queda a tan sólo 400 mts de los principales puntos de interés

Soon as you walk to the room there is this smell,I've been there 3 times and smell was in every room.Hotel needs updating ,small tv ,and no usb in every room.The only good thing was the breakfast .

Lovely stay fit my first time in Torun. All staff were so friendly. Breakfast was excellent with the added joy of Prosecco. Definitely go for a balcony!

Świetny hotel. Pokoje dość duże i czyste. Hotel znajduje się blisko starego miasta i jest położony w przepięknej zielonej okolicy nad samą Wisłą. Śniadanie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Basen duży i fajna strefa wellness. Serwis efektywny i sympatyczny Serdecznie polecam.

Lang tid siden jeg sidst overnattede på Copernicus, men stadig et fint hotel. God morgenmad, er dog ikke sikker på at røræg ikke var lavet på pulver. (ingen smag), resten af morgenmads produkter, er af god kvalitet. Terrassen er fantastisk på en solbeskinnet sommerdag. 5 min. gang, så er man oppe i den gamle by, med masser af gode spisesteder og seværdigheder

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and would recommend

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was assigned room 212 (15.03.25), which was located above the nightclub. The noise from the club was absolutely unbearable, running from Saturday night into morning. I could not sleep at all due to the loud music and traveling through vents.I tried to contact reception to request earplugs, my calls went unanswered all night, which was incredibly frustrating. The following morning, when I spoke to the reception, they showed no empathy or apology for the inconvenience. Instead, they simply stated that some guests are bothered by the noise while others are not. This response was incredibly disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. In high-end hotels, when something unacceptable like this occurs, I would expect at least a gesture such as a discount or a complimentary service like a spa, but nothing was offered here.I did ask if I could change rooms or even hotels if the noise continued on the next night, but I was assured that Sunday night would be quieter and thankfully, it was. On a positive note, the breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette on Sunday morning, but that’s about the only positive part of my stay. Given the noise on Saturday night, I honestly would not stay at this hotel again even for free. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has great potential, but the lack of customer service and the noise completely ruined my experience.

Nach meiner Geschäftsreise kam ich spät ins Zimmer und war sprachlos, als ich die schmutzige Bettwäsche sah. Ein Hotel, das grundlegende Standards nicht einhält.
