Property was nice but we had no housekeeping for the three days we were there and no change of towels or replacement of tea and coffee.

The hotel is literally on the train track!!! I was shocked when I got there, asked for a room not facing the train, got an unappreciated stink eye from the reception guy (seriously not cool), he did give me a side room so didn't hear the train at night. Far from the main attractions. Seems most of the people staying are Polish with a car, if you are like me, without a car, stay elsewhere, everything between walking to the tram, waiting for the tram and the ride itself is 40-45 minutes away The room is tiny however it is the only place so far in Poland with conditioner, not just shampoo, as well as body lotion, which was a nice change....we are used to having these everywhere in the US, in Poland it was a nice treat

Łatwy dostęp, miła obsługa, sauna bardzo dobra ale siłownia niestety pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Śniadania bardzo dobre

It's a four stall hotel and everything looks nice But the service is not up to standard for a 4 star hotel they didn't even change our towels or tight up the room

Fremragende hotel. Vi valgte et standard værelse og der var stort set alt hvad vi havde brug for. Værelser havde en god størrelse. Det eneste negative er at vi havde udsigt til en togstation, det giver en del lyd når togene passer. Måske er der lydisolerende vinduer for det var ikke noget der genere os. Det er masser af valgmuligheder til morgenmad og det er lækkert. Vi oplevede at alle ansatte på hotellet er rigtige flinke og hjælpsomme og kan tale engelsk. Parkeringspladser er også rigtige gode vi kunne holde ì kælderen eller ved siden af hotellet. Det er det bedst hotel vi har boet på, og vi har endda boet på 3,4 og 5 stjernet hoteller. Det virker heller ikke som det blivet sparret på pesonalet. Vi vil helt bestem anbefale hotellet.

Very clean hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Easy access to downtown Krakow. No complaints. Would stay again.

Sehr gutes Hotel, nur leider sind die Bahnen, die vor dem Hotel fahren, sehr laut.

Beautiful room with amazing food in restaurant

Excellent value for money. The onsite restaurant is excellent for dinner and the service there in the evening was faultless. The only downside is the distance to the centre of Krakow. However, public transport is nearby and convenient.

Highly recommendable, very nice rooms, awesome breakfast, we'll definitely return!

A very agreeable stay High spec design with lots of taste good quality of finish the rooms are impeccable with good features & absolutely inspiring graphics. the staff are really understanding and helpful. Proximity with public transport Perfect for a short stay

Hotel staff were great, rooms were decent size and lovely. Good here is amazing so was pleasantly surprised. A little out the way, station right outside so can either be off putting to noise or perfect for those that want to use the train
