Ideally located and the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast as well.

Really enjoyed our stat in Krakow. Hotel was very central although finding it by car was difficult. I thought I had booked a car parking spot but it may have been my error. The reserve car parking option was 5 mins walk but navigating to it by car was over 2km and 10 mins. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice - mainly salads and cold buffet.

Very nice stay in the old town, right near all the action but enough removed to be able to have windows open at night (sort of). Breakfast was great and international. Very accommodating front desk, including lunchboxes since we left for a trip very early. Room servicing was always done early. Beds only had a comforter which was hot on these rare summery days, but the room had sufficient A/C. Bathroom was fine, minimal with liquid soap/shampoo combo. All in all, a very good stay!

The property was advertised as having a gym and there were three VIP Access perks listed by Expedia. These included breakfast (which was decent), some extra points and an upgrade, if rooms were available. However, although an upgrade was possible (which was available available during the stay) I decided to book. There was gym and no upgrade was provided on day 2 either. If you want to sleep in a little while, avoid rooms room 501 and others ending in 1. They are next to a noisy lift which is relentless. I tried to resolve matter with manager who wouldn't deign to come to receiption and receptionist told me that there was no type of room to upgrade to, so it is a meaningless offer. Expedia has failed to properly resolve this as it still has VIP Access with upgrade.

H12 was an excellent location for our stay in Krakow. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Overall a great place to stay.

Very friendly and newly renovated rooms

Super langhelg i vakre Krakow. Hotellets beliggenhet var super. Rommene var bra - vi hadde junior suite og barnebarna elsket badekar på rommet. 3 minutter opp til torget. Helt perfekt. Lite minus for frokosten, mest fordi vi er bortskjemte nordmenn med hotell frokoster som er overdådige.

We had a fantastic stay in Krakow and the H12 hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from the main square. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Free water in the rooms and free coffee and cakes in reception were a nice bonus. Buffet breakfast was always well stocked and included a variety of Polish hot and cold dishes. Hotel happy to look after your luggage on checkout.

I would highly recommend staying here, it is in a great location, the hotel was very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you, we really enjoyed it and would stay here again

Huone siisti. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällisiiä ja avuliaita. Lämmin aamupala oli sama joka päivä. Olisin kaivannut vaihtelua siihen. Esimerkiksi paistettua pekonia ja perunaa ei ollut ollenkaan tarjolla. Hotellin edustalla voisi olla muutama tuoli ja pöytä missä voisi istuskella. Kaikenkaikkiaan henkilökunta ja huone niin hyvää, että voisimme tulla uudestaankin😊

Sentralt, fint hotell med helt grei frokost og litt hard seng. Hotellet ligger i gangavstand til kjøpesenter og gamlebyen og til Wawel slottet. Anbefaler å ta tog til og fra flyplass, det koster 28 zloty for 2 personer en vei. Restaurant som anbefales på det sterkeste er Sztolnia like ved saltgruvene. Kommer gjerne tilbake! Igjen 😘

Everything was great

Brilliant little hotel, clean, friendly and helpful receptionists at the front desk. Restaurant for breakfast is small, no windows but a very good selection of food and drink to suit all needs. Just a small seating area in reception with free, tea, coffee and water all day, if you want alcohol you can ask for a drink from behind reception…. I believe, we didn’t. The rooms were nice with plenty of wardrobe space, bathrooms had a good size shower, no bath, just one pillow but I guess could have asked for another, tea and coffee in rooms and water topped up everyday. This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location to the main squares by foot literally in 6 minutes and airport is approx 25 minutes by taxi. Would recommend and would definately go back! We only stayed for 3 nights.
