The hotel appeared empty so why they placed another guest in the room above us who seemed to have the same feet as a baby elephant, and opened their squeaky balcony door every 30 minutes throughout the night, I will never know. Not helped by our toilet screeching for 3 minutes after a flush. Not advised for a quiet stay I'm afraid. Nice breakfast though!

The balcony in the room was a beautiful view of Setubal as well as the rooftop terrace. Parking was on site and easy.

Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, schnell über die Autobahn vom Flughafen zu erreichen .

Falta de mantenimiento.

Très cher pour les services offerts. Pas de bar pas de piscine pas de restaurant. Seulement une terrasse sur le toi (pas de chaise longue pour bronzer) honnêtement j’ai vu de meilleure installation dans les hostels

Quite disappointing given the previous reviews. Lots of noise from furniture above until very late, (the public terrace was directly above), very thin door to the corridor meant guests leaving/returning to their rooms made a mockery of "sound proofed rooms ", the air conditioning was in huge need of a filter clean it was so pathetic, the "free" lobby coffee was WAY below the National Portuguese standard, several bulbs weren't operational, bedding much better at other establishments although the king size mattress was a bonus, no net curtains meant no privacy unless the blackout was drawn, inferior free shower gel and a very squeaky wooden floor (so senseless in a hotel room "purporting" support quiet rooms...

The air conditioning doesn't work. It was near 40 degrees outside and about probably 32 in our room when the outside temperature cooled off at night. The staff was kind enough to bring us a fan, but our stay on a hot day in August was very uncomfortable. They said they have one AC blower for the entire premise, and it barely was cooler that the room temperature. The hotel was otherwise nice, and the room was surprisingly large.

O hotel é antigo e ainda não passou por reforma em todas as áreas. O quarto é velho, com banheiro em más condições e sem reformas. O banho é prejudicado pela cortina da banheira, que bloqueia a entrada de luz, resultando em um banho praticamente no escuro. O banheiro apresenta rachaduras e falta de rejuntes. A manutenção dos quartos é precária. Tínhamos reserva para dois quartos e ambos apresentavam as mesmas condições. O ar-condicionado não funciona adequadamente, deixando o quarto excessivamente quente, especialmente no verão. Tivemos muito calor para conseguir dormir. O controle da televisão estava quebrado, com pilhas oxidadas de tão antigas, o que impossibilitou o uso. A limpeza do quarto é insatisfatória. A roupa de cama e as toalhas apresentavam cheiro desagradável. A recepção é deficiente, com poucos atendentes, comprometendo o atendimento ao hóspede. Jamais este hotel poderia ser classificado como 4 estrelas, muito menos receber nota 8. Está muito abaixo do padrão esperado.

Nice view but nothing around and property not “alive”

La chambre est correct et l'hôtel possède une terrasse avec une belle vue. Cependant, on a été placé en chambre 3ème étage sous la terrasse. C'était horrible avec les bruits de pas toute la fin de journée, soirée et même nuit. En face, il y a des chiens qui aboient toute la nuit...
