ブラウンズ セントラル ホテル

部屋はこじんまりしていますが、きれいで不便はなく、快適です。立地もよく、どこにいくにも便利です。最初鍵の開け方に手こずりましたが、親切に教えて頂き、その後問題ありませんでした。朝食も美味しかったです。観光するのに、とてもいいホテルだと思います。

◾️観光地へのアクセスがとても良い ◾️食事がとても美味しい ◾️清掃が行き届いていて清潔 ◾️部屋の鍵の解錠が慣れないと難しい ◾️壁が薄いのか廊下からの声が聞こえる やや気になる事はありましたが、総合的に見てもとても良いホテルでした！ またリスボンに行く時は利用したいです:)

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptional: professional, gracious, helpful, friendly, informative. The hotel location is excellent. The room was a treat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We just wish that we could have stayed longer, but we will return. An outstanding hotel. Obrigado!

Beautiful Boutique hotel in Baixa. Located near many sites and easy uber pick up on the corner if needed. Our suite was gorgeous and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bar served up yummy cocktails and the buffet breakfast on our last morning had many nice choices.

Everything was very good but my room lacked a table - perhaps I should book a bigger room though?

Location of the hotel is great and the rooms and bar were really lovely. The things that let it down were the staff. I went to the bar twice and on both occasions was ignored. I had to ask for another drink etc. On one of the occasions I asked to see the menu and then was left for 20 minutes, noone came to see if I wanted toy order. The food came, and this was poor too, but nobody came to check to see if it was ok. Once I had finished, numerous members of staff walked by and didn't take the plate or ask if I wanted anything else. Really poor for what is supposed to be an upmarket hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The service was great, and the hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are a little small but it’s not a big deal because we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Great location. Cute little hotel with all you need for a stay in Lisbon. Breakfast was a nice add on and enjoyed the service and a few dinner meals too.

Enjoyed the proximity to getting around for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing.

The hotel is good but not great. Everything (staff, breakfast, bathroom, bed comfort, aircon) is acceptable but if you’re looking for Wow! - this isn’t it. We booked it due to a storming write up on one of the blogger sites. I guess the lesson is that they get paid to promote … The hotel is absolutely fine - but we probably wouldn’t book it again & certainly not for 4 nights.

Rooms were very small and dated for the price Area was very noisy

Location was great, even though it's like a maze. Close to the sights & Metro. Room was nice & I knew that due to the central location, you'd get some noise in evening. Which was ok for me, but not for everyone. Did a tour with the hotel & the team were helpful & the day trip was great. Even though we didn't get to Sintra, due the fires & it was the first day of opening on the 20th Aug, was super busy & Andrea suggested another palace. Only thing I don't like was the heavy key for the door, but you can leave it at reception when you go out Thank you

It couldn’t be better situated. Super central to everything! Clean. Charming. Simple service which is okay for the price (ie. no bag service offered). The furniture is charming but I swear I’d feel itchy on the velvety fabric ones (bugs)?! Super comfortable beds! Great bathroom! Overall, I’d book it again!!!

Great location.

I stayed at this hotel twice - once for two nights to explore Lisbon and then for a quick overnight before an early flight home. So convenient to the Metro! Literally a three minute walk. One comment, not a complaint - the hotel is really dark. Until my eyes adjusted I needed the light on my phone to find both the elevator buttons and the room number - this seems to be a trend in hotels (both in Europe and US), but I don’t get it. Rooms are cozy small, mine were definitely intended for solo traveler (perfect), but nicely decorated - reminded me of New York hotels in which 80% of the room is taken up by the bed. Nice amenities - coffee, water and a bottle of not bad red Portuguese wine. And a welcome drink in the bar - nice touch. Front desk Staff was friendly - but no bell staff to speak of - would’ve been lovely to have a little assistance with luggage at 4:20 this morning while waiting for Uber (much much much cheaper than having hotel arrange transport). I like the place - location, vibe, safety and amenities could all warrant a return visit.
