브라운스 센트랄 호텔

숙소는 전박적으로 괜찮았으나 너무 좁아서 캐리어를 둘 곳이 없었고 욕실과 화장실은 전면 유리에 바로 앞에 있어 불편하였다

위치 훌륭한 호텔. 직원들의 친절이 너무 고마웠고 낯선 여행지에서 도움이 되었습니다.

위치는 좋아요 호텔 복도가 좁고 어둡고 미로처럼 되어있어 혼자다닐때 좀 무서웠어요 방이 생각보다 작아서 캐리어 펼질 공간이 없어요 방이랑 욕실을 깨끗합니다 조식은 먹을게 별로 없어요

깔끔하고 시내 중심이예요. 리스본을 왔다갔다 하기에는 최적의 위치 같아요

최고의 위치(지하철 가깝고 산타후스타 엘베를 포함한 모든 주변 관광지와 가까움. 호텔에서 나가면 바로 카페 거리), 청결한 룸 관리, 그리고 무료로 제공되는 나름 괜찮은 조식. 만족합니다. 다만 룸이나 화장실이 너무 비좁고 짐이나 물건을 올려둘 만한 여유 공간이 없어 고생했던 점은 아쉽습니다. 호텔의 메리트로 홍보했던 마샬 스피커는 고장나서 듣지 못했네요. 룸에 다리미가 있고, 초강풍 헤어드라이어가 제일 좋았습니다

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptional: professional, gracious, helpful, friendly, informative. The hotel location is excellent. The room was a treat. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We just wish that we could have stayed longer, but we will return. An outstanding hotel. Obrigado!

Beautiful Boutique hotel in Baixa. Located near many sites and easy uber pick up on the corner if needed. Our suite was gorgeous and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bar served up yummy cocktails and the buffet breakfast on our last morning had many nice choices.

Everything was very good but my room lacked a table - perhaps I should book a bigger room though?

Location of the hotel is great and the rooms and bar were really lovely. The things that let it down were the staff. I went to the bar twice and on both occasions was ignored. I had to ask for another drink etc. On one of the occasions I asked to see the menu and then was left for 20 minutes, noone came to see if I wanted toy order. The food came, and this was poor too, but nobody came to check to see if it was ok. Once I had finished, numerous members of staff walked by and didn't take the plate or ask if I wanted anything else. Really poor for what is supposed to be an upmarket hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The service was great, and the hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The rooms are a little small but it’s not a big deal because we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.

Great location. Cute little hotel with all you need for a stay in Lisbon. Breakfast was a nice add on and enjoyed the service and a few dinner meals too.

Já no começo não recebemos o quarto solicitado, o quarto da minha filha era bem menor que o nosso e distante um do outro

Enjoyed the proximity to getting around for restaurants, shopping and sight seeing.

The hotel is good but not great. Everything (staff, breakfast, bathroom, bed comfort, aircon) is acceptable but if you’re looking for Wow! - this isn’t it. We booked it due to a storming write up on one of the blogger sites. I guess the lesson is that they get paid to promote … The hotel is absolutely fine - but we probably wouldn’t book it again & certainly not for 4 nights.

Rooms were very small and dated for the price Area was very noisy

Hotel was in the heart of the tourist district , it was qhiet

Location was great, even though it's like a maze. Close to the sights & Metro. Room was nice & I knew that due to the central location, you'd get some noise in evening. Which was ok for me, but not for everyone. Did a tour with the hotel & the team were helpful & the day trip was great. Even though we didn't get to Sintra, due the fires & it was the first day of opening on the 20th Aug, was super busy & Andrea suggested another palace. Only thing I don't like was the heavy key for the door, but you can leave it at reception when you go out Thank you

Nice design and decor, excellent service, friendly staff, we had an amazing time!

The service from the staff was exceptionally great! They all went above and beyond to meet our needs!
