Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit einem tollen Blick über Lissabon. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Das Bett sehr gemütlich. Die Unterkunft ist nur über zahlreiche Treppen erreichbar, was man bei der Buchung beachten sollte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und es stehen dauerhaft Kaffee und Wasser zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Friendly staff, close to attractions, quiet and clean rooms. Very potent fragrances from cleaning products that was impossible to air-out of the room. Very gross hot tub with green water. Excellent views. The street outside the hotel was unpaved and foot traffic only. Graffiti, empty lots and abandoned buildings. Warm welcome from staff.

Voor een aantal dagen een prima verblijf. Locatie op zich goed alleen bereikbaar via veel trappen. Onderhoud kan beter. Verder goed ontvangen en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt en zwembad oke.

Great location in old town which is shabby-chic area. Yes, there are a lot of outdoor stairs to the suites but it’s a great way to keep up with your exercise! Lisbon itself is full of hills so be aware of this before going :) The staff at Castello are super nice & helpful. We loved our suite - very clean, bed was comfortable, so nice to be able to eat in when you want in the comfort of your pjs ;) Breakfast was included and was plentiful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and things you may see (drinking in the street, occasional individual getting high) happens in every country! Don’t judge, be polite and be happy you can afford to be on holiday - you will have a great stay! Nina L from Canada

Super chambre optimisé et accueil impeccable seule Bémol est la situation sur colline pas évident pour clients. Se serait bien de le signaler pour ceux qui n’ont pas de forme physique !!!sinon au top!!👍👍👍

Hébergement nickel , personnel très bien. Les alentours paraissent peu sécurisés pour 2 femmes seules mais non loin des sites à voir

Great short stay in Lissabon! Surroundings/location are not ideal but the hotel is great!

Wir haben für 5 Nächte ein kleines Zimmer gebucht. Die Anreise war soweit unproblematisch, etwas zwielichtige Gegend, viele Treppen, was aber zu erwarten war in der Altstadt. Leider hatten wir Schimmel über dem Fenster und an der Wand. Wir konnten die Hotelmanagerin direkt nach dem Einchecken gegen 0 Uhr noch erreichen und haben uns darauf geeinigt am nächsten Morgen kostenlos wieder auszuchecken, da das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war und wir kein anderes Zimmer bekommen konnten. Trotz der Enttäuschung über das Zimmer, ist die Unterkunft uns auch positiv in Erinnerung geblieben aufgrund des wunderschönen Ausblicks von der Dachterrasse direkt neben dem Frühstückssaal. Das Frühstück war auch gut gewählt. Da wir das Problem soweit mit der Hotelmanagerin lösen konnten und unser Geld zurückbekommen haben, trotzdem 4 von 5 Sternen.

Very nice property within walking distance of many key sights that Lisbon has to offer. Not the easiest to get to, but the amazing view and friendly staff make it worth it!

What a view at this hotel! We had a great stay, very close to the first stop on the famous tram. Need to go up steps to get there. Very clean and everyone was so nice!

Loved this place it was cute, clean and the staff were so nice, my favourite part was the terrace it’s a great place to hangout and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing and has great views! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! The only problem were lots of stairs to get up to the property from street however once you get to the property, it definitely makes up for it!

A lovely apartment with the added bonus of a really great continental breakfast each morning with fabulous views! And a spa pool & sauna too! Be prepared for steps & look out for the beautiful little restaurants close by!
