Wir haben für 5 Nächte ein kleines Zimmer gebucht. Die Anreise war soweit unproblematisch, etwas zwielichtige Gegend, viele Treppen, was aber zu erwarten war in der Altstadt. Leider hatten wir Schimmel über dem Fenster und an der Wand. Wir konnten die Hotelmanagerin direkt nach dem Einchecken gegen 0 Uhr noch erreichen und haben uns darauf geeinigt am nächsten Morgen kostenlos wieder auszuchecken, da das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war und wir kein anderes Zimmer bekommen konnten. Trotz der Enttäuschung über das Zimmer, ist die Unterkunft uns auch positiv in Erinnerung geblieben aufgrund des wunderschönen Ausblicks von der Dachterrasse direkt neben dem Frühstückssaal. Das Frühstück war auch gut gewählt. Da wir das Problem soweit mit der Hotelmanagerin lösen konnten und unser Geld zurückbekommen haben, trotzdem 4 von 5 Sternen.

Very nice property within walking distance of many key sights that Lisbon has to offer. Not the easiest to get to, but the amazing view and friendly staff make it worth it!

What a view at this hotel! We had a great stay, very close to the first stop on the famous tram. Need to go up steps to get there. Very clean and everyone was so nice!

Loved this place it was cute, clean and the staff were so nice, my favourite part was the terrace it’s a great place to hangout and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing and has great views! Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! The only problem were lots of stairs to get up to the property from street however once you get to the property, it definitely makes up for it!

A lovely apartment with the added bonus of a really great continental breakfast each morning with fabulous views! And a spa pool & sauna too! Be prepared for steps & look out for the beautiful little restaurants close by!

Zeer mooie locatie, in leuke buurt en goedgelegen voor siteseeing. Zeer goede bedden. Ook zeer goed ontbijt, wel geen variatie over de dagen. Je mag vrij koffie en pasteis de nata nemen, ganse dag door, wat leuk extraatje is. Kamer onder het dak dus het was constant opletten om hoofd niet te stoten. Badkamer zeer brik en brak. Douche viel echt uit elkaar. Badkamer ook met luide rammelige schuifdeur wat ook voor veel lawaai zorgde voor de kamergenoten wanneer s nachts iemand naar toilet moest.

Wir fanden das sich das Hotel mit einem Spa Bereich bewirbt, es aber nur einen winzigen, sehr ungepflegten und vollig ungesund gechlorten Minipool gab ohne eine Dusche. Die Sauna musste man also ungeduscht verlassen oder, wie die meisten es taten, ungeduscht ins wasser....ekelhaft!

Firstly, the good points… beautiful views from the side we were on, breakfast was nice, staff were nice and helpful. The bad points.. unfortunately, we had a few issues during our stay; the jacuzzi was cold, shower water was also freezing cold on a few occasions, dirty damaged blinds. The noise was terrible, whenever people sat out on the terrace, we could hear conversations word for word from our room, with all doors and windows closed. Also, on numerous occasions we could hear other guests having sex, using the toilet and their bathroom fan. I didn’t get a single full night sleep, as the noise was that bad that I’d be woken up through the night. Great location because of the views, close to the castle etc. however, I would feel very unsafe walking around nearby on my own on an evening. Also huge flights of stairs leading up to it.

Had a wonderful stay, the property is beautiful. It’s central without being super loud. Marcos was a great host. Highly recommend

Marcos was an amazing host. We feel very welcomed. You get free breakfast and free all day coffee/tea. Super great. The room is very nice with modern equipment. Would come back here.

Marco and Raquel (sp?) were very gracious and generous with their time, recommending places to eat and visit. The apartment was beautiful, very nice breakfast every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends.

The hotel was nice, but the access from the street was very dark, no lighting. We felt a little unsafe
