Our family of four had a delightful two-night stay at this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Their two bedroom is very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly explained that it temporarily shuts off when the water heater is in use. With this insight, we easily adjusted our hot-shower schedules to ensure the AC could run effectively, and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience we’d happily repeat!

Such an amazing team to greet us and to answer all of our questions about parking, etc. So helpful in multiple ways. The room and welcome gifts were a dream after the drive from Algarve. Thank you Haws Lisboa for making our stay in Lisbon an absolute delight. Perfect for a family of five with teens. Very close to Tram 28. The people, vibe, and service made it a favorite. Cute courtyard for a book or drinks … cute balconies. Close to the best miradouras. Cozy neighborhood for family travelers. Abrigada, Team Haws!

Cute apartment set up and wonderful welcoming gift! They have a laundry machine which was AWESOME.

Stayed at Haws Liboa for a week with a family of 5. It was the perfect location - easy access to the metro and to the train station. Small market across the street for easy essentials and the neighborhood was quiet. Very walkable to great restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Great place to stay. 3 bedroom apartment is spacious. Nicely decorated. Had a very comfortable stay. Metro short is a short walk away. Would highly recommend this property.

Couldn’t fault the place or service. It was great all in all and we all loved it. The apartments are tastefully decorated and the location is super convenient to get to the centre walking.. with the addition of some local hidden gems. The staff were super helpful throughout.. the apartment kitchen is well equipped and there is a Lidl 2 minutes away.

Perfect spot for our stay in Lisbon. Clean, safe and within walking distance to many excellent restaurants and attractions.

Our rooms were amazing - very spacious, newly updated, and clean! The staff was very nice as well!

We just completed a 5 day stay at HAWS and it was wonderful. There were 6 of us in one of their large suites and we had a great time. Details: Property: Our room was lovely, clean and very spacious. Seems like the property has been newly renovated. We had a large kitchen and all rooms were very well lit. The accommodation was much nicer than our expectations. There is also a nice outdoor seating area and rooms with conference capabilities but we didn’t get a chance to use those. Staff: very nice staff. I interacted mostly with Deborah who is so helpful and really lovely. In general, everyone is very polite and welcoming. Location: The location is just perfect. Intendente metro station is a 2 minute walk. We could walk almost everywhere: Caste, Old Alfama Square, Arc, Santa Justa lift, Liberty Avenue etc. There is a well equipped grocery store, LIDL, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of pastelarias closeby. There is a very nice rare book store about 10 minutes away (livraria castro e silva). Overall, a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to book this hotel if I am ever in Lisbon again.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. My family of four stayed for 1 week. The location was walkable to many places also a short uber ride to the best food and shopping. We stayed in a two bedroom that was clean, modern and had all the amenities. The water pressure was amazing. The staff and manager was welcoming and informative. The coworking space in the lobby was so cool and the complimentary coffee was a daily joy!!! If you pressed me for something to say negative I could only offer the size of the elevator which is really only big enough for two people and maybe two bags. Just send your bags up and walk!!! There is also some sound transmission between floors and hallways but never a problem. Stay here you won’t regret it.
