The 1-bedroom suite was very comfortable and a great value - nicer than my first 2 apartments. Big kitchen, beautiful tall ceilings, classic accessories and sufficient privacy for 3 adult travelers. Wish we had had time to enjoy the bar and patio. Short walk to major tourist sites - a very comfortable place from which to tour Lisbon.

We had 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. Rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean and air/con was independently adjustable. Beds were comfy and bathrooms (2)clean and stylish. We fell in love with this hotel. It is by no means cheap, but we think it's worth it.

STOP scrolling!! Haws House was the highlight of our European trip. Guillermoh at the front desk was EXTREMELY amicable and knowledgeable about the property and area. He provided recommendations for restaurants and activities (clubs) around the area. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the property. The decorations and furniture were very modern and comfortable. Our apartment was cleaned and had clean towels WITHOUT even asking. We found a grocery store two blocks away from this hotel. The area and metro were safe to travel at any hour of the night. I will DEFINETLY visit Haws house on my next Portugal trip. LOVED, LOVED Haws House.

Stayed in many apartment style rentals, this was the best! A perfect mix of the best of both worlds. Hotel style because it has a 24/7 staffed lobby, drink machine in lobby, courtyard seating area, and they clean your room daily if you’d like. Apartment rental because you have a whole fully furnished apt to yourself. Loved it and all the lobby staff were friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—we truly fell in love with it. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception team was extremely helpful. The location is slightly away from main attractions, but still very convenient. Tram 28 is within walking distance, and Bolt rides are quick and easy, so getting around is not an issue at all. We stayed twice during our trip. The first time we stayed in a one-bedroom on first floor. It was spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful layout. The only downside was having just one mirror in the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. Our flight got canceled, so we rebooked here again. The second apartment (second floor) was slightly smaller but very pretty, with a charming small balcony. It also had multiple mirrors, which was a big plus. A few small suggestions: basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, sugar, pepper), lotion/hand cream, and cloth clips for drying laundry would be helpful. That said, everything else was amazing—great toiletries, washing machine, filtered water, grocery right outside, and many breakfast spots nearby. If I come back to Lisbon, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and made the check-in and check out process simple. Building was very nice and clean. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator. Getting everyone and their luggage up and down from the 5th floor was slightly inconvenient. Location provided a lovely view of Lisbon from many private balconies and was only a short Uber ride to the downtown area. A great place overall!

Fabulous relaxing apartment with ample room. We booked it as a couple but there was a sofa bed in the huge living room. Really well equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. 100m from metro with links to mainline stations to places of interest. The only negative was the

Fantastic 3 bedroom top flop apartment with private terrace and views, 24 hour reception, great staff, handy location. Internally the apartment is spacious with large living room, full kitchen with washing machine and 3 bathrooms. A lift makes luggage and access easy. Highly recommend !!!

Love this place, home away from home. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Apartment is clean and lovely ☺️ will come back again!

Appartement hôtel parfait, spacieux et lumineux

An outstanding apartment with clean and fresh modern decor, all the facilities you could need and excellent staff on hand for anything. We had a minor panic over the unusual coffee pods (delta rather than Nespresso) but we found these in the nearby Lidl. Overall an excellent stay.

Great stay and property! Well equipped and wonderfully clean and tidy. Great for access to metro and transport links. Staff attentive and gave lovely little touches like the welcome basket we received and bottle of wine. 24 hour access and reception. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for our wonderful stay

The flat is clean, staffs are friendly. There are few supermarket and cafes nearby. The flats provides a welcome baskets too.

The apartment had all the amenities which was nice. It was cleaned well however the carpets and furniture could use a steam clean. The staff are friendly. We were on the forth floor and had a few nights of interrupted sleep due to noise from above. If you choose to stay here I would suggest asking for the top floor. Also we paid a hefty sum for our stay and booked through Expedia. We wanted to check out two days early and even though Expedia agreed the hotel would not refund the payment for the unused days as I paid in advance. For this reason I will use other accommodations on my return trips. Lisbon is beautiful and there are many lovely areas in the city to stay. Enjoy!!!

Not within walking distance to the main attractions

Very friendly staff, and amazingly nice rooms. Impeccable decor. We could not be happier.
