斬新なデザインのインテリアだが、使い勝手は良くない。シャワールームの扉は水が漏れる。きつく締めると開けられなくなる。空港に歩いて行けるのと、朝四時からの朝食サービスがあるのはありがたい。

Great location and breakfast

Spacious, clean, quite and amazing breakfast

They were kind enough to bring me a kettle which, as a tea drinker, was so very kind and I really appreciated. Very clean and well located in the town also. Highly recommend!

A one night stay only to catch a flight. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was busy but comprehensive.

I had 4 nights in this very agreeable hotel Very convenient for boat terminal and whale watching trips and restaurants I was lucky to get a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea Breakfast was more than adequate and plenty of it! Room was comfortable and very quiet Absolutely no need to change my towels and sheets every day! I certainly did not ask for it!

Great location, service, family friendly. Only problem we had that air conditioning was not working in one room but to the staff credit they acknowledged the problem and quicky transferred us to different room.

Excellent hotel in the center of the town. Rooms are rather small but okay. The lighting is not very bright. Equipment of the rooms are according to 4 star hotels. Excellent breakfast. Parking is available but it is better to have a small car. We would return anytime.

We enjoyed our stay here! Its biggest selling feature is how convenient it is for walking around Madalena, and close to the airport. We also liked that it was super close to the ferry and whale watching tours. The pool area is a great space with lots of seating, and the included breakfast was nice to have. Our only issue during our stay was that our mini fridge didn’t work, and the staff were somewhat responsive to our inquires of how to resolve this issue. Eventually after our request, they we’re able to give us ice to keep our grocery items kind of cold, but it wasn’t exactly ideal. If we had known this, we would not have gone to the grocery store - however this could be unique to our experience!

It was a bit run down and unkept

Our room and bathroom were very good, with large comfortable bed, excellent bedding and towels and very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and opened at 7.00, allowing time to start activities early. Our only disappointment was that we arrived at 10.00 on the ferry from Horta and, whilst knowing that check in was not officially until 4pm did hope to get in the room before we did at 3pm.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmer usw ganz ok - aber der Service hat Luft nach oben. Der Pool ist sehr nett und gemütlich, aber die Poolbar und Hotelbar sind auch nur zur Deko - schade, viele Gäste aber keinen Service. Aber super Anbindung zum Hafen, Zentrum und anderen tollen Spots.

Good location, basic room and terrible car park view

Really friendly staff, Miguel was particularly helpful. Comfortable room with good breakfast. Complimentary tea was available in the Reception area during our stay, which was much appreciated. Walking distance from shops. Parking can be a bit tricky, but perhaps they have additional spaces we were not aware of
