斬新なデザインのインテリアだが、使い勝手は良くない。シャワールームの扉は水が漏れる。きつく締めると開けられなくなる。空港に歩いて行けるのと、朝四時からの朝食サービスがあるのはありがたい。

Great property, very clean and a great value for what we paid. Balcony, breakfast included, pool with shade and lounges. Location is walkable to everything including many restaurants and ferry.

Good hotel for solo travellers to be central and safe. Hotel was good clean and had good breakfast. Staff helpful. I stayed on floor 01 which was noisy because of cleaners and facing the back street. Other than that good hotel. I would recommend just ask for higher floor.

Super convenient as just across the road from the ferry port and very close to the town centre. Nice breakfast. Spacious room.

This hotel was right across from the harbor, so it was convenient to the ferry! Good staff and breakfast.

The hotel is ideally situated with parking for cars etc. Staff were very helpful and breakfast had a good selection. Breakfast could do with starting earlier as most tours go out early morning and we had to miss breakfast twice as it didn't open until 7.30am.

The wifi didn't reach our room which was challenging at the end of a long day to have to go to the lobby to use phones/do communication for the next day. The rooms were clean but small. The lobby area smelled musty. But a nice location, easy to walk in the town and to the ferry. Breakfast was good but what we learned to be a pretty standard breakfast for the Azores.

Mir hat das große Frühstückbuffet gefallen. Parkplatz stand jedes mal zur Verfügimung.

Unser Aufenthalt im CFS Guest House Ponta Delgada war wirklich hervorragend. Das Guest House ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – alles frisch, liebevoll vorbereitet und von hoher Qualität. Auch die Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Andreia: Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche, hilfsbereite und tolle Person, die sich wunderbar um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Guest House absolut weiterempfehlen!

Nice hotel. Very busy at breakfast. Uses scented laundry detergent on sheets which causes me to become congested! Darn.

They were kind enough to bring me a kettle which, as a tea drinker, was so very kind and I really appreciated. Very clean and well located in the town also. Highly recommend!

A one night stay only to catch a flight. Hotel was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet was busy but comprehensive.

I had 4 nights in this very agreeable hotel Very convenient for boat terminal and whale watching trips and restaurants I was lucky to get a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea Breakfast was more than adequate and plenty of it! Room was comfortable and very quiet Absolutely no need to change my towels and sheets every day! I certainly did not ask for it!

Great location, service, family friendly. Only problem we had that air conditioning was not working in one room but to the staff credit they acknowledged the problem and quicky transferred us to different room.
