ホテルの場所はとても良いが、部屋にコップ（グラス）が全く無く、不便でした。また、エレベーターがとても狭く、乗りづらかったです。

エレベーターの操作が難しかったですが優しく教えてくれて、降りる階で待っててくれました。優しかったです。

5階に泊まりました。エレベーターは1機のみでゆっくり上昇するため時間がかかります。景色は見晴らし良く最高の景観でした。 一人でしたがベットが2つあって広い部屋でした。 朝食は取りませんでしたが、通りすがりで見ましたがかなりおいしそうでした。 ホテルには朝8時に到着、帰国は6時の便だったため荷物の預かりをお願いしましたが快く預かってくれます。ただ、荷物は自分で倉庫に持っていきます。 駅からわずか3分の好立地。また利用したいです。

リスボン観光の拠点として最高のロケーションに位置しています。 地下鉄駅からは10分程度歩きますが、バスや路面電車は2分で様々な停留所があり、多方面に交通機関で向かうことができます。 地下鉄や国鉄までの歩きは様々なショップがあり、観光に飽きることなく移動できます。

ホテルの周りにショッピングも食事も楽しめる場所がいっぱいあって地下鉄の駅も近くて観光するのにもいい場所でロケーション最高でした。また朝ごはんも有料ですが試す価値ありです。美味しかった。次回もここに泊まりたい❗️

The location of the hotel was great. If you're looking for a place that's right in the middle of everything, it's the perfect spot. The actual room looks nothing like the pictures. We had ants, and very strange water leaks on the floor. It's a zero amenities hotel and very very small rooms. Staff was friendly, nice, etc. Over all If you need a place to just sleep and shower with a great location, than this is the spot for you. If you're looking for basic hotel amenities and comfort.. Not so much.

This is truly the worst hotel I have stayed at in Western Europe. My advice to anyone reading this review: STAY AWAY. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. You will spare yourself a sleepless night. This is not a hotel really when you see it. As soon as you enter, you know that it looks just an old building that someone very smart managed to turn into a place they called a hotel. They divided the space into tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms and showers and put up the signs for rental in platforms that were willing to advertise for it without ever doing the due diligence. Like EXPEDIA! I am imploring Expedia through which I booked this hotel to remove it from their listings. Where do I start with all the bad stuff… it’s located in of the highest tourist density in Lisbon. It’s in the noisiest part of town. The blinds do not provide any shade against the outside glaring street lighting and there is zero sound proofing against the outside busy streets in the middle of the noisiest part of town. You will wake up, if you managed to fall asleep at all, in the middle of the night or at 5:00 am, as if you were just sleeping outside. The street is in your room. Literally! Photos taken in the middle of night attached to show how bright the room is in the middle of the night. I will not finish without mentioning the shower. I advise others to avoid this hotel. And it’s not cheap! One could get a thousand times better hotel for the price I paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient in everything.

Great location and price.

The only good thing about this hotel is that its location is amazing. The bathroom was infested with ants, yes ants. The elevator is only big enough for 1 person or just your luggage not both. Last night someone was trying to enter our room, luckily we had the lock on, we tried to call the front desk only to find out that the phone did not work.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt. Die Dusche ebenso, es kaum möglich mit einer angenehmen Temperatur zu duschen, da sie sich ständig verändert hat.

The smallest lift in the world, either luggage in or you in not both. Stairs were old, wooden and lethal. Shower was unusable, no hot water and very smelly... Yuk.! The actual luggage storage was very dangerous... Under the aforementioned stairs but half way up the flight. Not wheelchair friendly, we had a child's wheelchair which went in but the door on all the next floors were 90° to the original and getting it out again was extremely difficult. Breakfast very poor The only good point was it's central location with a decent bed. Photos were very misleading.

Es muy viejo el elevador es solo para 1 persona y es lentísimo, no es como en las fotos que se ve mas nuevo y hay mucho ruido, lo único bueno es su ubicación

Extremely Disappointing. Unprofessional Staff and Poor Facilities. Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) We booked a room for a short daytime rest before a late flight. We explicitly told staff we would check out in the evening without staying overnight. However, we experienced severe disrespect and profiling. 1. Unacceptable Discrimination When my companion returned to the hotel, the lobby staff blocked the entrance, making sarcastic remarks and mocking us. At checkout, the staff admitted that the previous shift had ordered them to monitor us, falsely assuming we were trying to sneak extra guests in. Even though we had clearly explained our daytime-use itinerary, they profiled and treated us like wrongdoers simply because of our Asian background. 2. No Luggage Security They gave us no luggage tags but handed us a key to a sketchy room between floors, telling us to move bags ourselves. At check-in, the storage room was a mess; our bags were buried at the bottom under heavy piles. Anyone could have stolen them. 3. Poor Facilities The room was suffocatingly small. The elevator was tiny, painfully slow, and would instantly freeze if your body touched the wall while moving. It felt unsafe. 4. Final Verdict While hotel options are limited in this budget range within this area, it is much better to spend a bit more for a proper hotel that treats guests with basic respect. If you are an Asian traveler, avoid this place.

Mediano esse hotéis nos centros históricos sempre sao assim, elevador so cabe as malas ou 1 pessoa super lento, café me cobraram mas na reserva fiz com café e o café nao é tao bom, mas é muito bem localizado o hotel

Quarto sem muitas comodidades, barulho à noite e elevador muito precário.
