エレベーターの操作が難しかったですが優しく教えてくれて、降りる階で待っててくれました。優しかったです。

5階に泊まりました。エレベーターは1機のみでゆっくり上昇するため時間がかかります。景色は見晴らし良く最高の景観でした。 一人でしたがベットが2つあって広い部屋でした。 朝食は取りませんでしたが、通りすがりで見ましたがかなりおいしそうでした。 ホテルには朝8時に到着、帰国は6時の便だったため荷物の預かりをお願いしましたが快く預かってくれます。ただ、荷物は自分で倉庫に持っていきます。 駅からわずか3分の好立地。また利用したいです。

リスボン観光の拠点として最高のロケーションに位置しています。 地下鉄駅からは10分程度歩きますが、バスや路面電車は2分で様々な停留所があり、多方面に交通機関で向かうことができます。 地下鉄や国鉄までの歩きは様々なショップがあり、観光に飽きることなく移動できます。

ホテルの周りにショッピングも食事も楽しめる場所がいっぱいあって地下鉄の駅も近くて観光するのにもいい場所でロケーション最高でした。また朝ごはんも有料ですが試す価値ありです。美味しかった。次回もここに泊まりたい❗️

Family room was small but has everything we needed. Great amenities. Good for the nights rest.

Great location, friendly staff. The only negative is that they don’t have complimentary coffee in the morning?

Very old building, tiny rooms and breakfast was mediocre. The staff was as helpful as they could be

This was in an excellent location and the staff was always super helpful at all times of day. Room smelled clean, some mold in the shower but overall a great stay. Would stay again.

A localização do hotel é excelente, nos permitiu fazer várias coisas a pé e também retornar ao hotel algumas vezes em casos necessários com facilidade. A equipe também foi muito solicita e prestativa sempre que precisamos. Entretanto, por ser um hotel bem antigo tinha muito cheiro de mofo, o que nos deixou com bastante alergia. O banheiro também tinha um cheiro muito ruim, na tubulação (mesmo com a limpeza diária, não era suficiente para resolver o problema do cheiro).

Room was nice but the shower was a little weird. It’s either burning hot or freezing cold. The AC unit was also a little nice. The location was amazing though!

Hotel simplesmente não tem elevador pois só dá uma pessoa por vez e se tocar na parede tranca, fora o chuveiro e comodidades muito ultrapassadas, só vale se estiver muito barato pois nem o café da manhã vale, extremamente pobre e olha que eu nem sou muito exigente

Fist of all it is a perfect location: all attractions are walking distance. The cleaning lady did a great job. Some minuses: very poor wi-fi connection, there was a sewage smell outside of the unit. It could be a temporary problem I guess, something might had happened recently and these were residual effects. The staff was friendly. No coffee/ tea maker in a room

I would like to begin with commending everyone on staff. From housekeeping, front desk to the kitchen help wonderful people. Always friendly and accommodating. They are the reason I didn’t leave. My bed was clean (thanks housekeeping) and comfortable. My shower had black mold. The toilet was placed in the corner (bathroom is really small) and I was unable to get a leg on each side. I’m not a large man (5’8 165lbs) but I’d use a toilet elsewhere. I could go on and on.

Location was excellent. Lots of dining immediately out the door. Clise to lots of the sites to see in Old Lisbon. Wifi was not very good, unless you were right in the lobbu.

O quarto estava limpo e bem organizado, apesar de pequeno. A cama é muito confortavel, travesseiros também. O banheiro assim como o quarto é bem pequeno e o box um pouco apertado, mas foi suficiente. Café da manha apesar de não ter tantas opçoes, era gostoso e o espaço bem organizado. Funcionários prestativos e educados. A localização é excelente, vc fica dentro da zona turistica, faz tudo a pé, maravilhoso.

Equipe muito atenciosa, excelente localização. Ponto de melhoria instalações: elevador não funciona, escadaria em condições bem duvidosas.
