レストランの若いスタッフの皆さんのおもてなしをしましょうと言う笑顔が素敵でした。 直ぐに熱い湯が使えるのも有難たかったです。

眺めの良い小奇麗なホテルです．換気が悪く，シャワー室の下水の匂いが部屋に漂いがちだったのが残念な点です．

年末に利用しました。駅からは少し坂道になるものの、それほど遠くなく、またカジノも近くにあります。景色はあまりよくありません。ホテルはとても綺麗です。スタッフには近くのレストランや電車の時刻表などを尋ねましたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。

ホテルドットコムでテラス側を予約しましたが、6畳程度の狭い部屋に通されました。滞在中に広めの部屋に変えてもらいましたが、テラス側への変更は無理でした。ありがちなトラブルですが、サイトとホテルの連携が悪いとお見受けします。改善を！　セーフティ卜ボックスは別料金でした（1日3ユーロ）。　近くにビーチ、食糧品屋さん、カジノなどあり、快適に過ごすことができました。カスカイスからロカ岬までレンタサイクルで行きましたが、バス（403系統）がお勧めです。

Great two night stay, quirky hotel, upgraded room, very comfortable, nice breakfast with omlette cooked to order. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was older but very charming. I'm not sure if it actually qualifies as a suite and it looked nothing like the suite pictures but the truth is we enjoyed it. Great water pressure in the shower. The parking isn't terrible but it isn't great. I'm glad it wasn't the height of summer. Its located right on a slope so walking the dog was interesting. Also while the bar was empty except for us some background music would have been nice as it was very quiet. The pros out weighed the cons so we will likey stay here again.

De douche was verschrikkelijk: geen mengkraan en keiharde straal die niet was aan te passen. Verder: wij verbleven 10 nachten in dit hotel, maar desondanks konden ze ons geen standaard kamer met balkon bieden terwijl deze er wel waren en het hotel vrijwel de hele periode niet volgeboekt was. Na 3x vragen in 4 dagen kwamen ze met een aanbod waarbij 25 euro per nacht bijbetaald moest worden. Het restaurant had 's avonds weinig te bieden en was vrijwel altijd leeg. Er was opeens een hard geluid van brandalarm. Dat bleek een vals alarm, maar niemand kwam dat toelichten of excuses aanbieden. Het hotel heeft qua inrichting wel een aangename sfeer, de staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maar dat is ook Portugees. Positief: gratis late checkout.

The room climate was good staff was helpful the Wi-Fi was easy to connect and the air conditioning was set at a good temperature when we arrived

The Hotel Inglaterra is beautiful, having once been a grand, private residence. It boasts a bar, an infinity pool atop a sunny terrace, balustraded steps sweeping down aside elegant turrets, marble floors, beautiful carved doors, and windows that open to catch the sea breezes. Sadly, none of this matters when the staff at breakfast is worse than surly, when you're told in a scolding tone that the bar is closed at 5pm and "you need to walk to the beach," when the guest upstairs can be heard banging their doors and dropping shoes, luggage, and it sounded like moving furniture at 1 am and, again, at 7 am the next morning, when housekeeping slams the doors to the room across the hall at 8am, and when the mattress is so hard (yet your bedmate's every movement can be felt) that sleep is nearly impossible. In addition, the drain in the tub was slow enough that water came up to the ankles when showering. I'm sure that, by October, all of Estoril is tired of tourists; but, such a lovely hotel - and certainly her guests - deserve better.

High quality hotel suite, excellent breakfast and lovely pool area.

Was surprised our room was in the "new" part of the hotel, except the new part felt old and worn out.

Beautiful Hotel, Great location, close to train, beach, restaurants and fantastic people working there.

My five-day stay at the hotel was lovely! Standard double room, clean and quiet. The staff were amazing and friendly! Huge shoutout to the two receptionists! The manager went above and beyond to help me with Uber issues. So grateful! He made me feel safe and took away my anxiety. The location is convenient too. If I visit again, I will stay at the Ingelltera hotel.
