レストランの若いスタッフの皆さんのおもてなしをしましょうと言う笑顔が素敵でした。 直ぐに熱い湯が使えるのも有難たかったです。

眺めの良い小奇麗なホテルです．換気が悪く，シャワー室の下水の匂いが部屋に漂いがちだったのが残念な点です．

年末に利用しました。駅からは少し坂道になるものの、それほど遠くなく、またカジノも近くにあります。景色はあまりよくありません。ホテルはとても綺麗です。スタッフには近くのレストランや電車の時刻表などを尋ねましたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。

ホテルドットコムでテラス側を予約しましたが、6畳程度の狭い部屋に通されました。滞在中に広めの部屋に変えてもらいましたが、テラス側への変更は無理でした。ありがちなトラブルですが、サイトとホテルの連携が悪いとお見受けします。改善を！　セーフティ卜ボックスは別料金でした（1日3ユーロ）。　近くにビーチ、食糧品屋さん、カジノなどあり、快適に過ごすことができました。カスカイスからロカ岬までレンタサイクルで行きましたが、バス（403系統）がお勧めです。

Really nice hotel. Great pool. Decent food! Coffee was terrible tho!

The Room was ok and the location of the hotel Is lovely , the pool looks lovely as well we didn’t use it but it looked nice. The popcorn at the entrance is a nice touch. The hotel room was cleaned ok but we found socks from a guest before us.l in the chair. Tge coffe capsules in the room are charged, I think that is something so small that is usually included in most other hotels I ever been. The toilet beside the gym had a toilet brush that was full of poo and looks like no one changed or cleaned in in many years… we booked the hotel Also because of the gym but it was very very small. The whole house is full of plastic plants and when we came to the breakfast the first day half of the buffet was empty. Also the coffee was terrible. We are not very picky people usually and not likely to write a negative review but here we were a bit disappointed …

This hotel was so beautiful and wonderful! We loved the popcorn machine in the front lobby to the fresh fruit waters by the pool. Such an awesome property with great staff. Would definitely come back!!

Fantastic location, staff and pool. Quite quirky as there are manekins all over the hotel. My bathroom was dated and the shower in the bath quite poor. The Aircon in my room made a big noise but didn’t cool the air. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was fantastic

I only stayed for one night n checkin really late so couldn’t use much of the place but is a very nice building, room very spacious n the staff were very kind and nice.

Neljä yötä puolisoni kanssa Estorilissa hotellissa. Hieno, vanha hotelli, jossa uima-allas. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja runsas aamupala. Huoneemme oli uudessa siivessä ja sisäilma oli huono: raskas ja voimakkaita hajusteita. Pitämällä parvekkeen ovea auki asia korjaantui.

Avulias henkilökunta. Aamiainen ok. Mukavat terassit ja allastila.
