マディラ島最大の都市フンシャルの中心部あたりにあるため、レストランはもとよりどこに出かけるのにも便利です。 近くには大きなショッピングモールもありますし、徒歩10分以内であれば大きなスーパーが３件はありました。 部屋は広めでおしゃれな感じ。プールもあるそうですが、冬なので利用しませんでした。

　フンシャルの中心部に位置しますが、すぐ近くには公園と教会で静かな雰囲気です。ショッピングセンターも2か所近くにあります。 　こじんまりとした心地よいホテルです。部屋は比較的広く、小さいバルコニーもあります。バスはなくシャワーだけですが、サニタリールームは広いです。ホテルの部屋でも快適に過ごせます。また、朝食もおいしいですし、ホテルの最上階のプールとバーも快適です。ただ、部屋にミニバー／冷蔵庫はありません。部屋で冷たい飲み物を飲めないため、この点は残念です。 　コストも考慮すると全体的に見て、かなりお薦めです。

Hotel was perfectly located in downtown Funchal. Room was large spotless, and staff were wonderful.

Les employés sont avenant, gentil, la chambre très propre. On m’a offert le petit déjeuner boîte à lunch puisque je quittais très tôt, très apprécié!

Excellent location right in the centre of Funchal with a taxi rank virtually across the road. Comfortable room with extra pillows and blankets in the cupboard. Nice toiletries in the bathroom with both shower gel and shampoo. Good hairdryer. Lovely pool on the top of the building with a bar and a great view of the city. Very good breakfast, the only thing that could be improved (and I’m being picky here!) is the jam, as it’s not really jam, more like a dessert topping. Everyone was super nice and friendly and, above all, everywhere was extremely clean! Decoration is modern, light and bright and there’s dozens of English books to choose from in the lounge! I would 100% recommend and stay again!

A cama é enorme e muito confortável com lençóis de algodão de produção portuguesa. Casa de banho impecável com toalhões de banho e rosto rambem de produção nacional..Tudo muito limpo. Tínhamos uma enorme varanda com cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great. The location was perfect for walkability to all the tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was very good - nice selections of different food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Elevators were always down. Had a cold shower first morning in the hotel no hot water. Reported that the refrigerator in the room was not working and nothing was done about it. Otherwise, it was good.

Really enjoyed this hotel ! Conveniently near waterfront promenade . Front desk reception young man was amazing! He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Well done! Recommend!

Helpful staff, great location, and a panoramic bar makes this stay very enjoyable and good value for money. Some of the decor is a bit dated but that’s minor.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. Very close to everything so we could walk to it all and explore. It is a very quirky hotel as there are a lot of odd stairs here and there, our room involved 2 sets of 3 steps, up and down and around the hall. There is a very small courtyard in the middle of the hotel and unfortunately our room faced the courtyard so we had no view and opening the window was pointless. The room itself was very small with 2 twin beds and a couch. The bathroom was even smaller. The a/c was not very powerful so the room did get warm and humid. Also, for whatever reason, our room was the only one that had a step up at the door. My husband and I kept forgetting about it (as we've never seen that before) so we would face plant the first few times we left the room as we forgot about the step. :) The staff at the front desk was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast wasn't too bad, again, I never complain about 'free' food as it is always welcome.

O quarto era confortável , espaçoso , cama boa e banheiro novo e espaçoso . O café da manhã , pouco variado e não gostei da hora de funcionamento, prejudica quem vai fazer passeios. O roof top não era bom, atendimento péssimo e a comida foi o pior prego no pão de caco que comi. Outra coisa que me desgostou. Convencem você a solicitar transfer pro aeroporto. E na hora que o transfer falha , você tenta fale com o hotel e só tem gente disponível após às 7:00h., ou seja paguei e não tive o serviço e tive que chamar outro táxi. Também me ofereceram um lanche porque deixaria o hotel às 6:00h e não me entregaram o lanche .
