マディラ島最大の都市フンシャルの中心部あたりにあるため、レストランはもとよりどこに出かけるのにも便利です。 近くには大きなショッピングモールもありますし、徒歩10分以内であれば大きなスーパーが３件はありました。 部屋は広めでおしゃれな感じ。プールもあるそうですが、冬なので利用しませんでした。

　フンシャルの中心部に位置しますが、すぐ近くには公園と教会で静かな雰囲気です。ショッピングセンターも2か所近くにあります。 　こじんまりとした心地よいホテルです。部屋は比較的広く、小さいバルコニーもあります。バスはなくシャワーだけですが、サニタリールームは広いです。ホテルの部屋でも快適に過ごせます。また、朝食もおいしいですし、ホテルの最上階のプールとバーも快適です。ただ、部屋にミニバー／冷蔵庫はありません。部屋で冷たい飲み物を飲めないため、この点は残念です。 　コストも考慮すると全体的に見て、かなりお薦めです。

We spent a wonderful week in Madeira and had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and the hotel had absolutely everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The breakfast was rich, fresh with plenty of great options. The rooftop bar was also incredible beautiful atmosphere and the perfect place to relax in the evening. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. They made us feel at home from the very first day and were always happy to help with anything we needed. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madeira!

hotel très bien placé et calme mais stationnement difficile, dommage qu'il ne soit indiqué nulle part qu'il y a un parking dans l'hotel mais avec un nombre de place limité qu'il faut réserver à l'avance. Au niveau personnel, on a eu suivant les jours et les personnes le meilleur et le pire aussi bien à l'accueil qu'au petit déjeuner

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with everything close by. It’s just a short walk to the ocean and marina, as well as a large mall and plenty of shopping options. There are also great restaurants all around. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff who made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was phenomenal, fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, friendly staff, great location.

Bteakfast was outdtanding. Tons of fruit anything you would want yogurt eggs, bacon etc The bathroom could be a little cleaner. Oir bedroom had no decoration. Beds are good, a titch hard. No pictures and the painted dedk was chipped, drapes old .Really Fantastic location ! We could walj everywhere. The two younger front desk people were fantastic. The older man was not helpful was rude and dismissive. Maybe he needs a vacation.

Staff, especially at the bar, was very nice. The room was very spacious and clean. The pool and rooftop were an excellent amenity and the location was central to everything by the water and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and varied, very fresh with fresh baked bread and pastels de nata.

The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Room was bright and clean. The hotel is right in the center with easy walking to everywhere you'd want to go. We were greated with a smile and checked out with a smile. We'd stay there again.

We've been staying here annually for several years. It has always been excellent: great location, good quality rooms, excellent rooftop bar

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel has recently been refurbished. It was our third time here and the improvements they have made since our first visit in 2010 are very noticeable and have brought the hotel up to a much higher standard.

Good location and staff very helpful

Fantastic location, within 5-15mins of all the main areas of central Funchal. Hotel was serviceable and generally clean, with the basic amenities you want, if a bit tired. The breakfast area is quite small, so at busy times, your party may need to wait or split up to sit, and queuing to serve yourself can occur. There isn't much in terms of soundproofing in the rooms, which meant it was quite noisy, with shouts and screams being heard from neighboring rooms, neighbouring bathroom sounds and the noise of upstairs moving items around.

Um hotel que certamente me hospedarei novamente. Bem localizado. Bem de esquina com o jardim municipal com um shopping (plaza madeira) há 2 minutos do hotel. O café da manhã não tem variações, mas é bom. A equipe é atenciosa. O restaurante no terraço sempre bons pratos.
