A wonderful stay with the most helpful and accommodating staff! The rooms were lovely with amazing views and the staff ensured our stay was seamless from beginning to end. Would absolutely come back!

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious and very nicely designed. There is a good breakfast buffet with some great cakes! The restaurant provides excellent food and was good value. The menu doesn't change very much though. I would love to stay again!

It was the most pleasant experience. I don’t understand how this property is not a 4 star hotel. The room was huge and very stylish, I think every room has views. The location is perfect and the staff is extremely friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pico Terramar & Spa. The staff was very friendly, the hotel had very calm and relaxed atmosphere, everything was very new and clean and we loved the spa section with finnish sauna, bathtub and pools inside & outside. Only a short (15-20min) walk away from Madalena port and also a supermarket nearby. Highly recommend!

This is a new hotel in the area. Rooms are new and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Just outside of town and walkable. On site restaurant is great.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten einen direkten Zugang zum Pool, was sehr toll war, da wir diesen dadurch öfter genutzt haben. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es hat an nichts gefehlt, jedoch haben Kleinigkeiten wie fehlendes Salz, frische Säfte, leckerer Kaffee gestört. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub!

Struttura nuova molto bella. La ns. stanza era praticamente un mono-locale con un bel bagno spazioso. Bella la piscina: forse sarebbero da incrementare i lettini a disposizione. Carina anche la zona spa-piscina interna; anche qui forse qualche lettino in più non farebbe male. buona la colazione.

Excelente hotel, muito cuidado, quartos super espaçosos e confortáveis. Faltam apenas opções glúten e lactose free no pequeno almoço, o que limitou bastante no meu caso, é um ginásio, algo que me parece essencial em qualquer hotel. Tem piscina interna, o que o torna uma óptima opção para o inverno. A repetir!

The property and room were beautiful. The rooms were large and very comfortable. It was a short walk (15 minutes) into the village of Madalena. Breakfast was very good. The front desk staff were not very reliable - the hotel was supposed to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, but did not. Luckily we were able to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The front desk was supposed to arrange 2 taxis for me and never did, despite being reminded several times. One arrangement they failed to make was very late at night and I had to run to the village at 1am so I didn't miss my ride. I would stay there again and recommend the hotel, just make sure you make all your own arrangements and do not rely on the front desk. There are some very good restaurants within walking distance.
