The room is too old and it needs to be updated.

We stayed in an apt/condo. It was beautiful, well furnished, great communication with the resort. The gym was usable and the beach is right at the resort.

Room was clean and staff was great

We enjoyed our stay here and the location of the hotel is great. However, it really depends what room you get. We requested a room with two beds and got one king size bed at first in a moldy smelling and very old looking room, worst I have ever seen, like in a very run-down motel. We went to complain and a nice receptionist gave us the room we requested - two beds and much better room, clean and updated. However, the AC was set to 66 F and there was no way to turn it up. The remote was missing and it took another trip to the reception to get that sorted out. The hotel charges extra $30 per day - not sure why. They say water is included - we got a small bottle each at the beginning of the 5 day stay and that was it. The information the hotel provides is misleading. One has to request a room service for cleaning but regular towels are changed daily. However getting clean beach towels or bathroom floor towel was sometimes a problem. The kitchen has some dishes but nothing to clean them with. So what are we paying $30 per day for? The hotel bar is very overpriced for the quality of the drinks (we had one good drink and one not so good one). I probably wouldn’t come back.

From the moment I entered the room, there was a strong bad smell and the room felt wet and damp, which made me feel sick and uncomfortable. Everything appeared dirty and not properly cleaned, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay.

Clean room. Great location. Beach access was an asset

My stay was amazing ! Only downfall was I wish they gave me a head up about their pool not being open earlier than the day of my arrival. Aside from that perfect stay.

The room was very nice with a beautiful view. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is in a great location.

I wasn't aware there was construction happening. The pool was closed. You could hear construction on the beach and in our room. The room needs a lot of repairs. The fridge door hits the trim and doesn't always shut, the balcony door was very hard to open it needs to be adjusted, the sink faucet was wobbly, a lot of little thngs could be improved. There were restaurants near by and the location was pretty convenient.

The front desk was excellent and Courteous. Our room was not what we had requested. We had double beds when we requested and paid for a king Suite with a sofa Bed. 3 days we were woken up at 7-8am by Pool Construction and later on the day we had to kill a large bug in the room. Albeit, the room was clean but when I asked for housekeeping service it was never provided just new towels. The beds were not changed and the floors were not swept or mopped. My hair is falling out due to treatment and this was supposed to be a relaxing trip. The garage was very difficult to find parking and my boyfriend would have me wait for him till he parked and would come get me. I remember coking to this hotel as a child and wanted the memories back with my dad and the view I received was an empty pool and loud construction. The beach was close but if you stayed later and the gate was closed it would be an extremely far walk to return to the hotel. The breakfast was decent downstairs and were very friendly. Not a large selection but got to the point.

Glad you had a great stay! This is a hotel, and the staff is always friendly. What I really like about this place is the convenient access to Isla Verde Beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is also very close to the airport, which makes traveling easy. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and this time the bar in the main lobby was open, which was a nice bonus. The only downsides are that some rooms could use an update, and parking can be a bit challenging if you drive an SUV, as the driveway is very narrow.

Room was nice & clean. The staff were courteous and professional. It would be nice if there were more option for breakfast. In this day, many people don't eat pork. Need to habe more options.Air conditioner was great! The view was beautiful. I wish the pool was in working condition.

Room was very humid. The AC unit didn’t work properly. The phone wasn’t connected but the staff was nice.

It was a nice hotel & nice beach view

The parking lot needs some TLC. It looks like something out of a mystery movie. I never felt safe there.

Breakfast? What Breakfast. Lets just say i will be staying there again.
