Good

It is important to mention to the client that the rooms in this hotel are from a hospital.

Bathroom wasn’t that clean, toilet paper was almost empty, the toilet was super janky, room was freezing

The room was spotless and the staff great! We only stayed for a few hours one night because our flight was canceled. The only thing missing in my opinion is a small fridge. I often travel with food and there was nowhere to keep my perishables cold.

Keep in mind that this is a hospital and they promote it like a regular hotel. The staff there told me the rooms are mainly for patients families. You have to use a parking outside of the facility (hospital/hotel) and pay separately for the parking. The two beds room is pretty large and comfortable but then I booked a second night and they switched me to a one bed room and that was very small and uncomfortable unit it feels like a hospital room. In general, if you on vacation do not get this hotel. The service is not like a hotel service, you need to bring everything including your towels.

Checking in took way too long. About 35-45 minutes. Did not get the room we booked!

Room was too cold. No way to adjust the temperature.

No hot water in the shower and the room was extremely cold over night, could not sleep. No blankets and couldn't control the AC myself.

Clean room, very nice

Uncontrollable cold air all night, bathroom door did not have a way to close door, shower curtains/carpet had stains, my room was next to staff room and reception area so staff and customers were very loud outside my door! A door blocked by a shelf/closet which didnt seem Around 10PM I complained

El area me sorprendio, por que es el 4to piso del centro cardiovascular un hospital. El recibimiento por los guardias de seguridad fue respetuosos, pero con una cara y seriedad muy amargados. El joven del check in fue muy agradable. El estacionamiento queda en un edificio al lada y es independiente se paga creo que por hora.La habitacion muy comoda, un frio muy exagerado tuvimos que bajar la temperatura bastante, ya que la ropa de la cana era muy fina no calentaba. El baño muy bien, excepto por la cortina de baño, el area de la ducha es pequeña y uno pelea con la cortina de baño. Para una noche de estadia estuvo bien. No lo recomiendo para una estadia larga.

Staff were so rude for anything you ask. Super cold and when asked how to control temperature they gave with difficulty extra blanket. No hot water in shower. Complete disaster. Stay away if you can.
